I bought an Airback backpack 2 years ago and I can say that I was very happy with it, especially since, due to the nature of my job, I travel a lot and for this reason an ergonomic and roomy backpack is essential. Some time ago I noticed that one of the zippers was broken without having had a known shock or impact and that is why I thought I would ask the people at Airback a question about what they advise me to do because, apart from the broken zipper, the backpack is in pretty good condition. They made me 2 alternative proposals, both very convenient: either they give me an amount of money that I would have had to repair it or they give me the opportunity to buy a new one for 90 Euros. I chose the second option, I kept the backpack and I can say that I am very happy. My (older) children and I both have the same type of backpack and we are happy.

Quality products, I have bought the tote lite and I couldn’t be happier about it. Solid, beautiful and you can truly fit whatever you want in it. Super recommended

The combination of compression and premium materialen makes this suitcase stand out. Yes, it’s slightly heavier than ultra-light model, but it feels much more reliable. I’d rather carry something solid than sorry about cracks of broken handels.

Although my delivery was slightly delayed, the handling of the situation felt professional. Updates were clear and polite. That matters when something doesn’t go perfectly.

I have the Airback official black backpack. Dimensions are 49x32x20. Almost at EU standard but a little bigger. However when there’s stuff in bag, it’s much bigger than this. My husband I and got charged for the first time in our lives (Ryanair) as there was no way it would fit. I did travel with it around Canada and other EU destinations without an issue, perhaps just got unlucky in Edinburgh airport.

It’s a good bag (although the outside marks like butter so be sure to buy a cover too) but only for checking in, I wouldn’t travel with it as a personal item again, which is what I bought it for. In hindsight I wouldn’t have spent all that money on the two bags if I had had known it was way too big when full.

My Airback Next suitcase came to me TSA locked. We have tried several things to unlock it. I have requested a return in full but haven't been able to get a return processed with them. Very frustrating.

There was a small mix-up with the courier, and my tracking hadn’t updated for 24 hours. After contacting customer service, they investigated and came back with an explanation quickly. The package arrived shortly after. Good follow-up.

The hidden pocket is cleverly placed. I kept my passport there during boarding and it felt secure but accessible. It’s not obvious to others, which is reassuring when traveling through busy airports.

I am SUPER happy with my Airback Go and with the company’s after sale service. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.

I ordered the new airback flex thru a kickstarter campaign. It is a great product, totall recommend.

Dear All: I did purchase this backpack, but unfortunately this backpack is not created for a big person ( I am 6,7/203cm) I tried to return the purchase. I did spend in taxes of Switzerland and return costs more than 50CHF (around the same in Euros-dollars). Airback did change the address or they provide me with a wrong address to send the delivery. Now I did receive the backpack back. After I did spend 50CHF I will need to pay again for this delivery?

Stitching came away within 4-6 weeks

I'm a regular international traveller for business so invested in a top quality back pack, for under-seat storage. I liked the idea of a built-in vacuum pack to maximise packing space so went with the Airback GO. I was initially impressed with the build quality but after 4-6 weeks the stitching began to come away along the zip of the laptop compartment. I emailed Airback to complain and was offered a 50% discount on another back pack. Having already spent £230 for a product that lasted 4 weeks I wasn't prepared to spend a further £100 on a replacement.

Within 6 months the whole zip had come away and I went and bought a back pack from another company.

It may have been an isolated issue but overall i wasn't happy.

It's a scam. I paid 150£ for a couple of vacuum compression bags, they never arrived. Customer service does not respond. I thought they might've been stolen, at first. Then I found out Airback contacted UPS behind the scenes to make sure the issue can't be reported. Just evil.

I had problems with my delivery, for some reason it went back to the store, I send an email and I got an answer very fast, the ask me to check my address and I did, and I got my product in the next few days!! It was a very good service !!

I thoroughly researched before I purchased and the products ( go rucksack, wash bag, pump etc) were all 100% as good as I had hoped . I’m really on here though to review the customer service . I had a tiny problem and sent an email . This was replied to within minutes and a new product was sent that day . With follow up emails to see if I was happy . Absolutely fantastic service .
