This airline rescheduled my flight to a new date/time that was over 48 hours later, which didn't work for us. Online, I'm only entitled to a partial refund. I submitted a claim electronically over one month ago and have never heard back. There is no way to speak to anyone or email - the only channels are AI-powered WhatsApp and web chat. If you call, you get put on hold indefinitely and cut off. It is literally impossible to get my money back when I am clearly entitled to a FULL not partial refund.

Good for ticket price, travel experience, travel package

What needs improvement is the loyalty program, would be better if you have points that could be replaced for money or cash back (unlimited to certain products)

I would like to share my meal experience this time I took Cesar salad with chicken salad was ok but chicken was not that nice which very salty and spicy.

Everything thing was perfect.
Specially the crew members were very nice and polite. Really enjoyed

Airarabia very punctual departure and arrival timings. Clean comfortable leg space. May not have the best food experience but I give more priority to punctuality, safety and price.

Absolutely the worst airline experience I have ever had. The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked even basic knowledge and training. Customer service was extremely poor, information provided was inconsistent, and there was no genuine effort to resolve issues. A deeply disappointing experience from start to finish. I would never fly with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Customer service from checking in until you exit the plane are absolutely amazing...

hoping for a more cheaper prices...so travelling is no longer that expensive..

Extremely Professional AIR ARABIA Pilots.

Their timings are very well managed. But the food which I ordered while booking ticket was not served for me. I ordered a shawarma but I was given a sandwich which I don’t like.

Al Arabia is one of my best flights .. professional staff, comfortable seats & easy service & facilities. Thanks :)
