Easy and affordable
1- We were able to connect to the internet as soon as we landed in the visiting country.
2- Prices are reasonable.
3- Once something went wrong and were not able to connect; as soon as we informed airalo, they refunded us with the full amount, and we purchesed the package again and every thing run smoothly.
4- also having packages for several countries in one region (like east asian countries) is very accomodating.

Worked perfectly the first time. The renewed esim cancelled itself though.
My esim worked perfectly in Ireland. But when I purchased a new 10 day period it cancelled itself a couple of months later before I could use it. At first customer service told me I couldn't get a refund because it was past 30 days. But they ended up giving me air money as a refund.
