We have had a fabulous install of our heat pump both from direct labour Aira employees (Peter Dawes and Andy Manning) who were so diligent in their work installing our radiators today and keeping us informed each step of the way.

Equally, Aira’s contracted installation company, MK Heat Limited were just incredibly professional and knowledgeable when fitting our air pump in quite a tight space. They briefed us about how to use and run the heat pump as well as ensuring that the house was left tidy after each day.

Our only slight disappointment was the ten days it took for the mountain of old boiler, cardboard, piping and miscellaneous rubbish to be collected. We did however also understand that this was through a third party which Aira had no real control over. It was collected eventually and Aira again kept us informed.

I have been most impressed with the professionalism of everyone that we have been in contact with whether sales, survey, install or office staff and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent communication about arrival time, and knowledge about the system.

DO NOT believe what they say during your assessment as what they say and how they work is totally different. whole company is a joke when it comes to communication! that's with customer and between themselves.
I went for a heat pump and home battery installation with this company, it supposed to be around same time installation for all as I have a special needs daughter in the property so that I can prepare her for all the noises and people in the house!
instead only company's sub contractors turned up for heat pump installation. Solar installation took place around 2 weeks later luckily it was cancellation so they can do it!
outside unit was damaged as I've told and needed changing, on installation day they said new one was ordered it shouldn't take long 3 weeks still waiting! they are keep changing dates, their excuse is that delay on receiving the unit, one of the radiators wasn't installed as they've said it wasn't delivered yet, week later they turned up with a standard radiator which they could of picked up from anywhere on that date! insulation for outside pipes that goes in to the unit is very poorly done it looks very bad! (unit it self has more insulation glue then actual pipes) now I have to wait earliest another month for exchange of damage unit as I just received a call from them to cancel tomorrows unit exchange.
dealing with Aira has been very stressful that never mind recommending to friend and family I really WOULDN'T recommend this company to my worse enemy!
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

So far, I’ve had a great customer experience with AIRA. The whole process has been professional, transparent, and very well organised.

AIRA feels like the Apple Store of heat pumps: modern, simple, customer-focused, and clearly designed to make a traditionally complicated purchase as easy as possible.

We have just had a heat pump and solar panels fitted by Aira. I have to say the workman on both jobs have been exceptional, courteous. Kind, knowledgeable and did a clean organised installation. Particular mention for Carl, Ben and Lee for the solar and Steve's team for the heat pump couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend them discussed everything and anything we didn't understand they were able to explain in plain English.

They have been so helpful and informative during the whole process. Thanks to Adrian for explaining everything so clearly.

Rob was patient as I wasn't home when he arrived and after a 15 min delay he got to work promptly and with a friendly manner.

He changed the static temporary hoses to Flexi hose and showed me how to adjust the pressure on the Aira heat pump. Very knowledgeable and explains things clearly. Good job.

Medy was prompt to us and knew straight away what the problem was. He fixed the problem effectively and quickly

Daniel Knowles visited to sort out an issue with the hot water in the heat pump. He first contacted me over the weekend to sort out the issue remotely. He found the issue and could have left but then found two other things that weren't quite right and stayed to sort them, thanks, great customer service!

I’ve had a first visit, from a sales person, who was very helpful and clearly proud of the company that employs him. He dealt expertly with all of my questions, and on the basis of this first visit I was able to proceed to the next stage with confidence.

My Partner has recently purchased a property which has an Aira supplied and fitted Air Source Heating System, installed in 2024 by the previous owner. When looking into buying the property she was told by Aira that any warrantee / guarantee would be transferred following the purchase. On completion Aira showed zero interest and informed her that the warrantee was not transferable. Considering the previous vendor has now passed away we have no proof or re-course with regard to the 10 year all inclusive plan that we understand was purchased at the time of installation.
Very Poor Customer Service to say the least.

We chose Aira after a lot of research and their heat pump is perfect for us. Excellent first visit from Cameron who carried out an assessment and identified what we needed. Very professional, knowledgable and helpful. Thanks also to Lewis for sorting out the boiler upgrade grant and the technical assessment. So we're good to go for our installation next month and very much looking forward to it. The product looks great and the customer service is excellent.

Aira is well known and is a group very professional people, who work jointly to achieve the desired outcome. Customer is at the centre of their planning and they make sure you get distinguished service. Very pleased with their service.

Emily answered my questions very quickly and clearly, resolving my issue straight away.

Recently noticed a small leak from the Mag filter on my heat pump. I called Aira to arrange to have an engineer come out to check it. I spoke with Jonathan at Aira, who was very helpful and I sent through a photo of the leak. Jonathan called back the following morning to confirm an engineer was available that afternoon.

The engineer (Scott S) arrived as promised and was able to quickly fix the problem. He also took time to answer a couple of questions I had on the operation of my heat pump. I was very impressed with the efficient, friendly and expert service.

Upon returning from an overseas holiday, I noticed water dripping from my outside system store….upon further investigation it appeared the hot-water tank was leaking - a later visit from an emergency technician confirmed this.
Upon receipt of the replacement tank, Robert worked (with a colleague) to exchange the unit and get the system back into performing order…..the site was left clean and tidy and I was updated on progress throughout the day.

An excellent service was provided.

Very good service when a problem arose. Engineer came the next day and worked long and hard to resolve it. Thanks to Emily and Pete.

Problem diagnosed by Aira with immediate phone call to tell us an Engjneer would be with us to rectify problem! Zeke arrived and sorted it and all is working fine, with no charge for an engineer to come or for any work needed! All included in the original package for installation! Excellent service!
