So far I have no problems. Heavy on additional add-ons, but everything was clearly explained.

Obviously I haven't experienced the program yet. Part I did not like was the continued "add-ons" after the initial purchase. Each one of them seem to then have a continuing monthly charge unless you remembered to cancel. Feels a little deceptive!

I didn't like trying to sell me more stuff at the end......

Had a complaint and it was dealt with quickly and satisfactory.

I don’t like all the “special offers”—too much sales pressure.
I do like that you clearly stated about the reoccurring charges if not cancelled.

Not a great diet app. The recipes are really boring and include many items you are not likely to already have at home on a daily basis! I looked for one day and asked for a refund as won’t be using the app - was told they don’t give refunds! Be careful to join don’t waste your money and sign up for 3 months as I did. If you really want to try it just sign up for one month. Also be careful to untick the subscription box!! You’d be better off asking Chat GPT for recipe ideas using items you already have at home!
They responded to say email them for help but then they still don’t even attempt to give a refund. The help offer was just for show!! I would give this company a miss if I were you. Wish I had!!

The diet didn't take into account my high cholesterol and is full of cheese, which my doctor told me to avoid. Therefore, the diet is useless.

I was uncomfortable with the additional discount ads because it I hadn’t already learned from experience, I would have got overcharged on my payment method. Older adults get caught in that trap. I believe you should have only the air-fry diet to close out by itself and then offer the other products. That’s my opinion

I’m looking forward to seeing the recipes for weight loss using my air fryer.
