The 500 lessons made it easy to understand AI tools. I started small and still earned $900 in my first two months.

Thanks to the prompts and support, I now create custom chatbot scripts for small businesses. I just got paid $500 for one project.

I started with the 17 premade chatbots to test the waters. Within a month I landed three clients and made an extra $1,200 on top of my regular job.

I signed up for the AI Professional University and a week later found a charge on my credit card for an additional $97 for a subscription I never signed up for. It was not in the list of items I was receiving. There was no receipt, no explanation, just the charge. I found this subscription inside my account and cancelled it, then sent two emails requesting explanation and a refund. So far nothing. Once you begin your purchase, there is significant upselling pressure and confusion, it was uncomfortable and unavoidable--no way to exit the MANY pages of upselling without massive scrolling. I have NO TRUST that this company is legit or good value for the money. Find another more legitimate training program.

Based in the UK and buying the course for my son (samuel.b.forbes) and have had nothing but trouble accessing what seems to be a site asking for more money, which seems like a scam to me.

Have now sent a second email to them asking for access, as the first was filled with excuses about changing my password and getting it reset. I await a reply to the second email, which seems to be delayed when compared to the first.

I paid the 50 dollars (38 pounds) and quickly got a reply with my sign on etc.
I used this link and after offering me an upgrade to $97, it sent me through to an area to pick my course. I clicked in and nothing there. I have emailed them but no reply yet. Also asked for a refund and nothing yet.
Am checking my account to see if they try and take more out but would advise anyone to be careful before parting with your money.

Hoping to get a refund as the frustration mounts and I also passed link on to my family to get registered, which was embarrassing.

I see now my brother got a refund, but i unfortunately do not as they think I may be a Bot, but hoping my son now has access and the course is of a good quality.

After posting this review, the company contacted me within 24 hours and processed a full refund. While I appreciate that they ultimately resolved the issue, the fact that it required public pressure through this review to get action is concerning. Original issue remains: I was charged without completing their signup process and had to escalate through reviews to get a refund that should have been immediate, given the circumstances.

This was more than just theory. I walked away with real, working bots that I still use every day.

The trainings are short and engaging and I actually had fun learning.

Purchased but no access. I tried to call for assistance but no answer. Please assist.

While I cannot attest to the quality of this company's course offerings, I am leaving this review to warn about the company's highly deceptive practices surrounding their "membership plans". My husband signed up for a $49.99 course package, as they heavily advertise. A week later, his account was charged $97.97 without *any* explanation or email receipt. After spending time digging through their website, I found, BURIED DEEP in their Terms and Conditions page, a statement that course purchasers will be charged $97 per month for a Pro Standard membership "trial" that expires after 7 days.
The fact that this charge would be made was NOT disclosed at the time of the course purchase. Instead, they have deceptively hidden this deep within their standard Terms & Conditions page. This company appears to use this highly deceptive and borderline fraudulent practice as a way to make up for the low cost of their courses, hoping buyers will not notice.
As a side note, I spent the last 20 years of my career in bank and credit card fraud investigations. This move by AI Professionals University is a textbook deceptive practice that unscrupulous companies use to bilk consumers, hiding behind the supposed legal shield of "it's stated in our Terms and Conditions."
We contacted our bank the same day the $97 charge appeared, and have disputed the charge. We also cancelled the "membership" on the website. We are not disputing the $49.99 charge for the course materials, because that's what we thought we were purchasing.
To reiterate: I'm not evaluating the quality of the courses this company provides - it seems many are very happy with the content. I'm only stating that this company employs highly deceptive practices to make money, probably to cover the cheap price of the course materials. That is also evidenced by all the negative reviews making the same claims as I have.

Even with zero AI background, I understood everything and was building bots fast. The training is smooth, fun, and really effective.

The lessons are easy to watch and surprisingly fun for something this technical.

The courses were not for me.

The courses might be good for an absolute beginner with absolutely no knowledge of ai or Chatgpt.

I got a refund after a couple of days.

Yes, I received a refund from this company AFTER I posted my negative review. They called, texted and emailed me saying if they gave me a refund would I remove the negative review. Also, I had to close my debit card due to their fradulent practices. So my advise is if you have a negative experience with this company (which mine is not the only one, I did see another reveiw stating events much like my experience).
Overall, I would not recommend doing business with this company. I post these things so others may benefit. Yes, I received the refunds, but a company who gives refunds so they can get a positive review is suspect. Best of luck to others with this company.
