Had my dog into Ainsdale Vets today for quite a big procedure - first time we’ve had cause to use the vets since newly registering recently. Have to say the whole experience was first-class; my dog is getting on now so knows what the script generally is with trips to the vets and has gotten more anxious in her later years - to my surprise there was none of that from her on this trip, the whole place, and especially all the staff we encountered made her feel calm and relaxed, and it really showed in our dogs demeanour before and after the visit. I know the practice has only opened fairly recently but I couldn’t recommend it highly enough - I don’t necessarily wish I have to visit very often, obviously, but when I do I have confidence our dog would be safe hands - thank you to all the team at Ainsdale Vets

Came to the opening of this new vets and was really impressed by the whole team, transferred the care of my two ‘fur children’ to them. I’ve had to visit twice now and can honestly say I’ve been blown away by the care, compassion, knowledge base and professionalism of David, Ann-Marie, Grace and Georgia. Thank you

This is an excellent practice with pleasant and courteous staff who go out of their way to help patients and pets. So professional and honest - can’t be matched. I just hope all local pet owners recognise the attributes of such a locally located and superb service.
