Great items worst customer support if something is wrong
Honestly I wish I could write a better review. I love the products, always have. I did an order during BFCM (so yes I expected delays and even potential mistakes) but when it arrived it was missing 13 items.
I promptly let customer support know, and explained that I would really like to get the missing items. Instead the support person seemed to not read my response, gave me a refund (for the wrong items too - I had clearly detailed them and their quantities in my email). I then responded letting them know that the items they had refunded were incorrect, and that I actually really just wanted a replacement of the missing items in my order.
The lack of comprehension from support staff really needs some work. I get its peak and everyone is busy and mistakes happen, but repeatedly ignoring what customers are actually saying in emails gets tiring through repetition.
This may be my last time buying and supporting aimn as it’s really soured me getting an order that I was so excited for.

Of course super sad to hear that you had such bad luck with items that were missing in your order. See you ordered multiples of many of the products and our warehouse must have made a huge mistake in not shipping them all.
We do not have a system where we can resend the products but have to refund you the missing items. In this case you were also unlucky that many of these was sold out if you wanted to re-order.
Unfortunately, our support has no other option than to correct the order according to what you received. We have also taken this very seriously and are investigating with our warehouse what happened and why.
If there are still any ambiguities or misunderstandings about the refund, please feel free to email our support instead, as it is difficult to resolve here.
Again, we understand how sad this was for you and respect your feedback. We also hope you can have a better feeling next time <3

Quality clothing as always
Quality clothing as always. Excited the tights are now in a petite length! I do miss the regular original sports bras though. Everything is long line now.

Sizing is not accurate
The sizing for the petite leggings was wrong. Based on my measurements I should be a XS but they are extremely tight and uncomfortable. I am usually S in other brands but decided to trust the size chart :( Unfortunately I cannot return because the cost to ship back is double what I paid for the leggings. I would say the bras and tops were true to size and I did really like how those fit (hence the 4 stars)

Of course not good to hear that size did feel best for you. Our size guides should not feel misleading and important to know is that you always can go for your normal size in our models. The fabric is very adjustable and forms after your shape. It´s always better to go for the smaller one if you pick from two so the suit you best way possible after a couple of usages. We truly hope it will feel better on you and that XS is your best size <3

Love this! It feels like the medium in the tan color was maybe a little bigger than the medium in white which was great because you were out of the size large, and I think I would like to try both in large… In the meantime, a little snug, but I love both dresses!

Sorry if you got any negative feeling about receiving the parcels from us. We assume you mean the custom that DHL Express charge for the delivery. We can offer Express delivery for a smaller amount at the moment but include the custom fee they charge for handling the transport/delivery would be more expensive. We hope the information about this beeing added when the parcel arrives is visible for you in checkout and that the conditions is also stated clear on site. Of course we understand this was a unhappy surprise for you if you wasn´t aware of it.

I have the high waisted ribbed tights…
I have the high waisted ribbed tights and have difficulty stopping them from rolling down when working out. It's awkward having to readjust so they are sitting comforably again. Not sure I will buy more.

Thank you for charing. Of course not good if the tights don´t fit as you wanted. Perhaps this is a matter of sizing. When you move in the tights the waist can roll down if the size is a bit too small. But even more common roll down if the size is too big. The fabric adjusts and forms after your body type and after a few usage it may roll down a bit if it´s too wide. We recommend you always pick the smaller size if you pick from two.

If only 0 star reviews existed! I ordered and paid for 3 separate outfits but it was only once I’d paid an additional amount of money to cover a customs/DHS shipping fee that I would receive notice via an email that many of the articles, which I had purchased, were no longer in stock and were cancelled from my order by the seller (prior to being contacted) as well as for major problems with the delivery of my package. I never even received it! It went to some other address, where it was refused as they did not order the items. And no matter how hard I tried to get in touch with the delivery company via phone and email, I was unsuccessful. I have not received my package nor can I even speak to anyone who can actually assist me in retrieving it! Would not recommend to buying from Aim’n!!!!!!!!!
