Most unhelpful

Having read on their site that the top filter bottle would fit the base of most other brands I inquired- before ordering- whether it would fit the existing base my son has. (I supplied the brand name). The response I got was "yes it will".
Well it doesn't... I communicated this to them and after MANY messages back and forth, sending photos etc. ended up just being ignored. Terrible company to deal with if there's any problem at all!
