I ordered from this company on the 19th December. It’s now the 5th January and I have not received my order. There is no telephone number to contact them: I have sent 2 messages on the site and one email. All have gone unanswered. I am now requesting a charge back from my bank! Don’t waste your money:

Please don’t use this company. I ordered two reed diffusers as gifts 12 days ago and have received nothing. They claim to send out orders within three/five days. I have tried to track my order to no avail and have sent two emails to the company but have not received any reply.
