THIS COMPANY ISN'T TALKED ABOUT ENOUGH?! They are amazing, I'm sad they're not talked about enough :( it took a second to ship but they are amazing. I emailed them asking about an update and they even sent a picture of the keyboard saying it was being tested! I love it so much.
Update : tab button stopped working after review was posted so I contacted them and they fixed it right away :) 10000/10

Awesome figure
I bought the Ganyu figure, it arrived in 3 weeks (to EU) and it's an absolutely well made and quality piece. Three small parts (two crystalflies and the bell) broke off despite the secure packaging, most likely during shipping, but it's kind of not that surprising seeing the structure and how those are connected on small points to the statue. It was easily fixed with superglue so it didn't ruin the experience at all.
Overall I'm very pleased with it, I like every detail about the figure, and can only recommend their shop!

Amazing keycaps and support.
I bought the "Furina Keycaps PBT Custom Keycaps" and they felt higher quality then some gmk keycap sets I own. They had no print issues the accents look amazing. One thing that was a little confusing was on the website for this keycap set it did not say if it was a 6.25 or 7u spacebar. Luckily it did come with both. There support threw email was very fast. My shipping did take a little longer then expected 16 days total. But in fairness to them it was free shipping and they had to ship from America to China and, shipping service here in America, USPS can be quite random with there shipping times.
I would 100% recommend ordering from them!

Hutao keycaps Set
Keycaps arrived in about a month (shipped to EU). Quality of plastic is very good and printed text/illustrations also very good.
No visible defects and nothing feels cheap.
One downside is if you have RGB keyboard the letters don't leak enough light for them to be backlit.
Overall very good experience.

Excellent keycaps, responsive support
My item was shipped late and I wasn't informed immediately but I did place my order during the holidays so they get a pass. They also reply fairly quickly via email when I asked about my item's shipping status.
I ordered the Hu Tao keycaps and the quality is excellent, all keys appear to be complete, and the printing is good and looks as advertised.

The website is legit, and the company is from China. I've purchased the Hutao keycaps from them, but the shipment is quite long and bear with that. I'd wish they have a review or rating on their website for the product so people can rate them. Anyway, they are legit and really care about their products

I got what I expected
I ordered a Yae Miko keychain because I thought it looked cute in the pictures. I was a little worried that I would get one with less effort put into it, or that the company wouldn't be genuine, but when I got it, it looked exactly like in the pictures. No complaints so far, and I'm happy with what I got!
