Good telephone service not so much on delivery
Ordering my diesel over the phone was really easy and staff very helpful and friendly.
I had a 7 day window when my diesel was being delivered. I was unavoidably working away at short notice so had told my mum when they text me I will let you know as she lives a 15 minute drive away.
Apparently they text you with enough notice.
On the day, I received a text at 12.46 to tell me they were 10km away. Immediately I was notified by my Ring camera that there was someone at the door at 12.46 !!
Obviously text me whilst outside.
Fortunately my partner had returned home from his trip otherwise we would have missed the delivery.
Don’t text when you are immediately outside telling me you are 10km away.
