SCAM COMPANY. SaaS shutdown without notice — lost my data, my images, and $1,650 in credits
I’m writing this review because AIContentfy shut down its SaaS platform without any prior notification, leaving me — and likely many other customers — without access to the product we paid for.
My account had $1,650 worth of article credits, plus all the images and content generated inside the platform. Overnight, everything disappeared. No warning, no migration plan, no backup option, no communication. Just a dead platform.
To make matters worse, I contacted support multiple times and received no meaningful response. A responsible company informs its customers before shutting down a service, provides a way to export data, and refunds outstanding balances. None of that happened here.
I even attached the last purchase confirmation email from the former CEO, Teemu, to my refund request — still no resolution.
This is not how a legitimate SaaS company behaves.
This is not how you treat paying customers.
This is not how you close a business.
I have formally requested a full refund of the $1,650 and expect AIContentfy to take accountability for the abrupt shutdown and the loss of customer data.
Until this is resolved, I strongly advise others to be cautious. A platform that can disappear overnight without warning is not a platform you can trust.
