Only just fitted my shower enclosure,My experience with Acia bathrooms as been excellent easy purchase procedure with step by step information on where my order was at 👌👌Then we have the delivery which was excellent and delivered very fast and product was well packaged so that nothing could be broken spot on 👌👌I would therefore definitely recommend this company 100%and will be using them again

Should have been a 5 star review, ordering was easy, communication good, shower screen was well packaged and is excellent quality. The installation could have been made easier by providing clearer instructions however, with some trial and error all is well and the screen looks great. A 4 star rating is given due to lack of delivery information; we were given a two day window then nothing until our screen arrived at the door. Some notification or even tracking details would have helped narrow our delivery window.

After making an enquiry to change my original order on a Monday it was no problem to address this and the new order was delivered two days later on Wednesday.
A first class service

Great price on my items a slight issue on delivery as I am disabled and my shower screen was large and heavy and I had to find a way of getting it upstairs after they left it at the foyer in my apartment but fair enough the company took action after I put in a complaint but it was after the fact

Expected delivery of tray and frameless door on 14/1/26 arrived late in the day, 1505 hours, driver lifts tray out of obvious builders van with one hand by waste hole which caused tray to swing and connect with pavement.
On inspecting it, it is the wrong size, he has delivered my tray somewhere else, I take over and lift the door in and check that as a large home is punctured through the packaging.
He returns over three hours later with my correct tray and again tries to lift it one handed at which point I take over, he also failed to leave the second part package for a frameless door which then required contact with aica which was sent six days later with no notification from that driver of his expected time of arrival which when he arrived was on his phone talking and just held the package out at arms length.
Ordering and paying for product is not the issue, it is the use of what is probably the cheapest carrier of the products which is getting worse with each delivery.
