I purchased two of their programs

I purchased two of their programs. I decided it wasn’t not for me. I requested a refund. They said it would be issued in 3-7 business days. It has been over two weeks. I have tried to contact them several times. They will not respond to me. I tried to log back into my account so I could open a ticket for the refund but I was locked out because I no longer have access to my account. I have tried with no avail to get my money back. Think twice before purchasing anything from them.

Not even worth a ZERO review

I only gave a one star review because there is no option for a big fat ZERO! This company is a totally BS scammer I’ve waisted half my day trying to get any response for my support ticket
I’ve requested cancellation of account and full refund and only get an AI auto runaround on repeat! Don’t fall for it! Report this company to your banks fraud department immediately 🚨

This company is a ripoff

This company is a ripoff. I joined and a week later after zero results I cancelled my service and they have been telling me for a month they have refunded my money. I still don't have my refund. Don't send them any money!
