I ordered Tracks headphone from a retailer in Czechia. Loved the sound but problem with a connector soon ocurred and seller stated it was a bad treatment. I was quite dissapointed so emailed to official web,they didn't ask me much and sent brand new headphones at once! What a customer care! Thanks Aiaiai

I've never given a review online, but AIAIAI will be the first. This is hands down the best company to buy DJ products from.

Their DJ headphones are amazing, my first pair lasted me for about 10 years. I retired them when I got booked for my first festival. After about 3 years of using them, the headband snapped and I contacted AIAIAI to see if anything could be done. They replaced the entire headphones for free and the customer service replies were swift and friendly.

10 years later, today, I bought another pair of headphones from them. Something went wrong with the shipping & they swiftly remedied the situation. Bumped me up to express shipping and also refunded me the shipping cost (touch of class).

Super excited to use my new custom headphones for all my DJ sets, starting from this weekend! Thanks AIAIAI!

The support is fantastic! Very kind, detailed responses, and above all, you get the feeling that someone has actually read your problem and not just used a standard "copy/paste". If something is defective, the part is replaced without any hesitation.

Polite and friendly customer service with fairly prompt replies once they first got back to me (they did take several weeks to get back to my support ticket when I first created it due to heavy email traffic at the sime), and shipped the product I ordered very quickly!

In 2017 AIAIAI made a coop with the esports Team FNATIC. As I was looking for new headphones at the time I wanted to try them because I liked the team and the black matt design with some design elements referencing FNATIC.

I loved the fit from the get go. Even after several hours of working or gaming at my PC they feel comfy. Maybe after 7h you need a short break, but I use them pretty much everyday I'm home and still love the fit.

The modularity was a great plus, since I didn't want to buy new headhphones once the pads are worn out or one cable breaks.

In 2021 I bought new pads (old ones startet to break, after 4 years), a coiled cable and upgraded my speakers.

Until a few weeks ago I used the original headband (around 7 years). The cable broke, so I ordered a new one.
The delivery took longer than exspected so I wrote to customer support. They answered quickly and apologized and said it was on the way now. They also refunded my shiping cost and send me a 15% coupon code for my next purchase. Super nice!

As I was testing my new headband I noticed, that my left speaker is silent (no audio at all). I thought the headband was the issue, but seems like the speaker broke too.
So I was writing customer support and after some emails and checking my warranty & if the speaker is really faulty I received a code that would cover new speaker units.
They made my day and I saved 90€. The support is really good and cares about their long time customers.

Waiting for the new speaker units to arrive atm, but I don't see me change brands anytime soon, since If something breaks I can reorder parts or the support will find a way to help me!

Had an amazing experience with customer support, I had physical issue with headphones and they replaced it pretty quickly. Love the modular design :) would LOVE them even more if they could collapse to store.

Love these headphones… love the modular design and very stylish… i went with the tma-2 wireless headset… this meets my needs and delivers on performance… plus the customer service department will take care of you. All in all a very happy consumer!!!

Have their headphones for close to 1 year and a half... only had an issue with the cable and it was quickly resolved through their customer support!

...THESE Aiaiai phones sound great. Since I'm using them as recording monitors, they track wirelessly without glitches. Their range is 30 feet which more than covers any studio setups. They are also extremely comfortable.

I had an issue, I sent my headset in to them to figure it out, the issue was resolved.
All parties were super professional about it during emails and testing phase, very pleased with the experience :)

I bought a giftcard to a friend for Xmas. I was charged for shipping and I’m yet to receive the giftcard almost a week after Xmas. Very poor experience as a first time buyer on their website. Wouldn’t reccomend buying a giftcard.

I bought my TMA-2 Wireless Studio+ about 6m ago and this is my conclusion (so far).

I do experience the sound as "very clear" and "minimal coloured", and i would rate the sound a 9/10 overall (personal rating, Alcantara Cushions, S01). The crispiness in the high freq. could be a bit more, but i'm talking about nuances here.

As a guitar player i love the low latency with the W+ Link technology. At least my ears barely recognise the really low latency when recording (e.g) an electric guitar!

The comfort is really good (the Alcantara Cushions are really really soft) and the pressure on the head decreases after a few month.

Here are my cons:
- there is no macOSX app but only a windows app for the headphone and as a mac user i cannot update via my mac mini. (There is an IOS app but i did not test it so far)
- The headphone has an auto-off after 10 minutes which protects the environment but annoys me now and then.
- The power button needs to be hold for 3 seconds which is (especially in the combination with the 10min. auto-off-feature) a bit too long for my taste).

The reason why i rate this headphone with a 5/5 is because i recently had issues with the H10 headband and the support replaced my headband. This is a really good support-experience and the con-list consists of minor issues only. In general, I can definitely recommend this headphone!

I had to replace my broken aiaiai H10 headphones, the experience I received from aiaiai customer service was excellent. The team got back to me and kept contact with me until my headset arrived. I would recommend getting their amazing headphones and know that you will be supported all the way when you have a proble.

I was so impressed with my TMA-2 Move headphones that I’ve owned for a couple of years now, I treated my daughter to a pair last Christmas. Not only is the sound quality amazing, but I love the ability to interchange parts if they wear. Customer service is also very helpful. I definitely recommend AIAIAI and the Move headsets.

I've been using these headphones for a couple years now. Perfect for everyday listening and travelling. I especially like that you can take them apart completely so you can thoroughly clean them.

I had an issue with the set of headphones after using them for a little over a year. Claiming warranty and engaging with the customer service was super easy.
