Every month I am charged $20 for a plan and then another $37 for the same plan.
I have had the account three months and this is the second they have charged me twice. They refunded the first one then charged me again 7 days later.
Love the program but any time saved by it is spent trying get refunds on false charges to from my account.

I am brand new to AI
I am brand new to AI. I signed up for the $10 per month plan so I can get familiar with it. I did not.
Understand how it worked when I first signed up and gave them a poor review. They reached out to me immediately and helped me understand how to use it. I was really impressed with their customer service and how quickly they reached out to help. I still don't understand AI and I'm hoping to learn more using AI pro.

Versatile, Intuitive, extremely helpful
I have used this AI software as a tool for me in a variety of tasks. From critiquing and advising on creative writing, such as short plays, to helping me write letters to public servants and local councils, this program has consistently impressed me with its functionality. Additionally, used it to assist in writing up safe work method statements and helping draft safety management systems.
What I appreciate most about this AI program is its versatility. It truly is only limited by your own imagination. As I am using it to write this review.

Most of the apps cannot be accessed using the pro subscription and thats not the problem. It was not mentioned in a place where we can make out the features of pro and pro plus.

I can't find access so I can ask questions access
I subscribed on the $10 a month plan. I log on and can't find a way to access the program. It worked once and I found where I could type a question. But today I just get all the boxes describing different ways it can help but I can't open any.

I been trying to end my subscription but don't no how. I don't even no how these charges show up on my bank statement.
I have tried contacting the company directly but they say they don't have me on there account as a charge. I guess the only thing to do is cancel my debt card so I don't get charged. Funny how a AI programming can't solve simple customer service issues.

Not sure why my subscription was cancelled, but I simply renewed it.
ChatGPT is sometimes helpful.
If I ignore the times when I have to enter a prompt 10-12 times before I get anything beyond the "disclaimer," then I can usually get what I expect.
So far, I've been learning ways to use it to get something unexpected or new.
It does save time, that I would otherwise spend racking my brain trying to remember things. That's where it really shines.

I Trusted AI More Than I Should Have
I trusted AI more than I should have. After being satisfied with the results of several searches, I used AI to source some short bios of senior staff where I worked. The bios were almost complete fiction. I (and the staff) were sorely annoyed by bios that weren't accurate at all. It looks like the AI app was using a template for bios that was screwed up.
