This is a scam! I agreed to pay $4.99 to have one image analyzed. I was then immediately charged an additional $17.99 without authorization. Customer service refused to provide a refund, stating that they provided a PDF even though I did not request PDF. Also, the technology just isn’t accurate - it can’t tell the difference between ringworm and a pimple.

As a test I submitted the same photo of skin to Ai-Dermstologist , ChatGPT, Gemeni, Claude and compared results.
Ai-Dermatologist provided the least information , was not able to suggest what the skin issue could be and charge $4.95 for its insights vs much more in-depth analysis and suggestions backed by factual research with references from notable medical sources on the Free foundation models when asked to think / research as a Dermatologist —.
DON’T waste your $ on this poor excuse for dermatological information

OK, so photo uploaded quickly and after paying the fee a diagnosis was shown .because the result was worrying I forget to screen shot it to show to my doctor, I contacted the customer service and they re sent it by email they were very quick and helpful ,went to the doctors and have been refered to a specialist fortunately it's a non urgent appointment. But always better safe than sorry.

Scam, go to a live medical professional
Scam. They tell you their tool is 97% accurate but similar to the previous review I uploaded a red bloody area on my 4 year olds belly button and it came back it was a mole and then another 2 photos it said 90%!she had skin cancer. We ended up taking her to a live doctor. All three results completely off and definitely not 97% accrue. Save your money. When you go to customer service they’re not going to refund you for their poor quality service (I’ve tried) and do not have integrity in their service they provide. You can upload photos often if you can’t get into your doctor which is probably much better.
