Great uniform
Great uniform as ever, but the website logo for Farndon School is not correct.
Courier could be reviewed. Uniform took a few weeks to arrive and couldn't be left, so we had to wait in all day for it.

Quality of clothing good let down by…
Quality of clothing good let down by delivery which stated we are sorry we missed when we where most definitely at home and did not deliver till next day annoying!!!!

Unreliable dispatch times
First order took 7 weeks before being dispatched. No indication of dispatch time provided when ordered. Second order I phoned after 5 weeks as it was a week before the school returned and was told they'd "rush" my order through. This did then get dispatched the following day which was helpful but I shouldn't need to contact them to have an order dispatched.

Brilliant quality school jumpers
My sons primary school used to use Andrew Hyde but then partnered up with another supplier. To say the other suppliers merchandise was poorer quality is an understatement so I was delighted to see that I could still buy uniform from here and have done for years. The quality of the jumpers is first class and they never lose shape or colour despite numerous washes over the year. Will continue to use Andrew Hyde until my now P3 is in high school. (My oldest is in high school and all his jumpers were supplied from here as well)

We ordered school uniform for our kids
We ordered school uniform for our kids. It was my youngest's first day at school. We ordered online 4 weeks prior to the kids going back to school with the promise of order before this date and we guarantee delivery before school starts. The uniform arrived the day after the kids went to school. No apology and no reason given as to why they did not deliver on their guarantee.
