I ordered a (sterile) pessary from this company. It arrived open so I returned it. A couple of weeks later it was returned back to me via Fedex with no documents/communication. The following month I received an invoice from Fedex for the import tax (£22) and it's seems impossible to get the invoice redirected to AHP Medical. So in total I have paid £75 for an unusable product.

Got my first order today for my clinic and quality is amazing. I am going to use this website from now for my clinic supply.

I’ve ordered a few times from AHP Medicals now, and every time the service has been spot on. What stood out for me was the delivery – everything arrived quickly and was well-packaged. It's clear they care about their customers. I also had a question about one of the products, and their customer support team got back to me straight away, which was super helpful.Overall, really happy with my experience and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend.

They deliver in episodes and quite slow in delivering orders.

Be warned, if anything goes wrong when you purchase from this company, expect to lose your money.

Purchased a medical device from this company which broke after 3 weeks of use. Emailed them but received no response. Sent a second email but it bounced back informing me my email address had been blocked by this company! That is their response. Opened a case with Paypal as “not fit for purpose” and after that they sent a questionnaire asking for lots of personal and private medical information . A4 size plus slightly more on another page. I have evidence of all of the above. No refund has been given. Buyers beware of this company as they breach UK Trading Standards laws.

This is one of the worst online companies I have had the misfortune to deal with and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Company not responding to emails or phone calls. They have taken my money and promised delivery - but no items.

this site is fishing don't buy you will lost you money

Ordered some medical supplies. Got 2 emails saying that the order would be dispatched within 5-7 days. 3 weeks later still waiting for delivery. Multiple emails asking for a refund have gone unanswered. One of the worst companies I have ever encountered.

Took my money then emailed me wanting another £300 as they were struggling to get stock. When I looked they had raised their price on the website by over £400. Poor service and chancing that you will pay extra. Better companies out there with much less hassle and less worry over getting refunds for stock they don't have or wish to reprice.

Completely unreliable service - waited almost 2 weeks for delivery. Only half the delivery was made after being advised full delivery would be made. Cancelled the undelivered half of order, full order got refunded, then I got a call to pay for the half of the received order. A very inconvenient company. Won't be using them again.

Poor customer service and communication. Waiting almost a month on an order and are unable to give me an estimated arrival date, asked for a refund numerous times and have failed to reply.

AHP Medicals has best customer service and they were really helpful and I have ordered Burns Grab-Bag Kit and received what i have expected and it was quick delivery

Absolutely disgusting customer service. My sterile
kit came open and wrapped in tissue paper. Contacted the company and got short replies saying it isn’t their fault and that’s how it was delivered from their manufacturer; my question is why wouldn’t they inspect the equipment they send out? Still haven’t received a refund. Absolutely will not be using them again and would not recommend to anyone

Took forever to arrive and with p&p it is only a fraction cheaper than purchasing in store. That said they did keep me updated via email and packaging was good...hence 3 stars
