This hosting company is the worst I have ever dealt with online. When any problems arise they blame you, your script, your mother, your father...Everyone else is always at fault but them. Every time they have an update, it always messes with your site and these amateurs don't have a clue how to resolve the issues. I believe they outsource the hosting work or something. Take it from me. This is not the option you want.

I purchased a lifetime subscription back in 2017. For the price, the service has been pretty good. Support is fairly responsive.

I've purchased 4 website and other deals from Ahead Hosting. They have many sites to offer. If your new to this game as I am, I find good value here.

I'm using Hosting and really satisfied with the service, price is good and support friendly. In fact, I just open ticket 2 times in whole year to ask about policy. Never have technical problem with Hosting.

There hosting service is pretty good. What they lack in quality, they surely know how to fulfill that in customer service. The people are very patient and do care about their customers. Downtime is a big issue here but they say they are working on it...

I bought a lifetime hosting plan for my personal website. Approx a year later they said my site would be deleted if I didn't buy an expensive security certificate - even though I have zero e-commerce. In my opinion this was unfair. The deal was for lifetime hosting not lifetime hosting subject to extra charges whenever they feel like it. And there's nothing like having to find a new host on short notice.

The do not respond to request. Trying to get my signon password for 3 weeks and no response. Terrible customer service. websites you purchase from them do not load correctly. I am asking myself why I gave them another chance.?

All the premade blogs are loaded with viruses! Whatever you do don't buy these blogs. You'll only have a massive mess to clean up.

AVOID -Many problems and no response to emails. I have had a ticket open with them for more than a year - literally! - and they have not responded. Basically, I've had zero access to my account (for which I pre-paid) and these charlatans have ignored every complaint I've raised. Naturally, they don't give you a contact phone number. Once they've got your money, don't expect any service whatsoever.
