After attempting to download the latest version 480 software, and the new version of the firmware I encountered difficulties on my aha halo where the screen turned black and the device did not function.
The support team mainly, Nicole Luo, was very patient and clear and helped me step-by-step to resolve the situation. My device is now working perfectly. I successfully downloaded the new software and the new firmware and life is good again. I truly enjoy my Aha Halo and I am so appreciative of the support team and the healing energies, frequencies of aha halo. A truly incredible healing and well being device. Thank you aha halo harmony for all that you do and provide.

I am using the halo program for neuropathy and am experiencing excellent results. For the past few years, the bottoms of my feet would burn. Didn't know whether it was plantar fascitis or what. Mentioned to my doctor and we discussed compression socks. I tried them and the discomfort would come and go. It wasn't bad enough to medicate but it has been annoying. Sometimes, I'd use ice packs. I wear good shoes with good support. After a single use of the neuropathy program, my feet stopped burning. One night. Am amazed. I continue to use it, will be careful to hydrate, and will continue to do workouts. Have been using it for the past week and my feet no longer have that burning sensation. The halo is truly amazing.

This small portable wonder!
How many complications during the last software and firmware update! After a day when my device no longer seemed to work at all because it no longer recharged, and the screen remained continuously black, and despite the advice of the very competent and supportive customer service, nothing helped… little by little, with great patience, everything cleared up and returned to normal. Gratitude to this generous and philanthropic initiative of John and Echo to offer us up to 50 programs (and in your own language) in one single device, including the « peptides » programs to download in Aha Halo device, that small portable wonder, which I take with me everywhere.
Anyway 1000+1 thank you! You are all so great.

I damaged my Halo and needed a replacement, I just wouldn't be without this device now, as myself and partner use it all the time.Throughout this Vicky at support has been amazing ! More than I could have expected and helped me through to receiving my replacement shortly. Amazing device and support response is always amazing.

I had issues installing the new Firmware. It looked like my Aha Halo was completely dead at one point, so I contacted the online support team (chat) and was assisted by several people. They were all very helpful and we were able to get my Halo working again quite quickly. Thank you!

I've only been using the Halo device a few weeks and have already started noticing results - mainly with the Feel Good and Good Sleep programs. I generally feel calmer - more relaxed - less anxiety and haven sleeping deeper - waking up less and getting back to sleep easier. I've been running Young Body several hours daily but of course there's no way to know in the short term how much impact it's having. Listening to every John White interview and video I can find gives me a huge sense of confidence and trust in his knowledge and altruistic motives. Customer support is fantastic--Melody Zhu responded to my request wth a very warm - comprehensive - knowledgeable email giving me lots of great tips and guidance and links to sources of information related to my specific inquiry. She's very well informed and seemed genuinely interest in me and my wellness journey! I've convinced other family members to get their own devices.

It took a little getting used to at first to connect it to the computer and choosing programms. But after a while it became quite easy and i was really amazed how for example a slight toothache subsided when i ran the tooth and gum discomfort programm. Also my family noticed how my energy level was all of a sudden much better.
After a software update, the app on the computer wouldn't start. So i contacted aha harmony via email and they gave me clear instructions as how to fix the problem within 24 hours. Top notch! Definitely recommendable.

This device is fantastic; it's lightweight, portable, simple, and straightforward. It has helped me immensely with my back pain, headaches, and sleep. I'm 43 years old, and my energy levels have soared. It's my companion at home, at work, and while traveling. I'm truly grateful to the staff and customer service for their kindness and patience.

The costumer service was incredible. Vicky and Nicole never failed to encourage me as I had real difficulty to connect and download the full programmes (hence the 4 star rating only). I would have been better served with clear step by step instructions. As far as the Halo device goes I find it easy to use and only just started. so no result yet only a sense of wellbeing and gratitude.
Once again, thank you for everything and I will not hesitate to make contact if i get lost again.

I received my Aha Halo about a week ago. I’m having results I never expected. The most profound one involves my husband who has advanced COPD with chronic bronchitis. I ran the lung program for him at night while he’s sleeping and he woke woke in the morning with almost no coughing, ran it again at night and now there is no coughing at all. I feel as if it’s a miracle but I know it’s based on science I do not understand. I’m grateful and will be ordering another one just for him.

After hearing about the Spooky devices for sometime and that the sane inventor came out with a portable version that’s extremely user friendly, the AhaHalo, I knew this was the opportunity for me try it for myself.

After using the device for more than a year, this is my opinion of what I think no of the AhaHalo.

FORM FACTOR
First off, I like the compact design. It has a great form factor that easily fits in your pocket for all-day use. It’s easy to hold and the interface has a nice color display that’s easy to navigate and operate at the same time.

EFFECTIVENESS
I began by using this device several times a time a week and this is what I noticed. I’m usually an allergy sufferer and often encounter symptoms of congestion and runny nose, so after experimenting with various settings, I’ve concluded that the “Sinus and Nasal” program was and still is the most effective.

Even though this is such a small device I noticed my symptoms of congestion began clearing up about 30-45 min after use and clear after an hours time.

Another setting I really like is the “Good Sleep” program. Though not instant, I can attest that there is a noticeable difference, especially when using it. I takes 45min to over an hour for the effects to kick in and I do notice that I wake up more refreshed with a deeper level of sleep.

What I like about the AhaHalo is the continuous software update throughout the year and how the latest programs include Peptides which makes this one of the most unique devices on the market! Up until now, I’ve heard that Peptides needed to be taken by needle but now the tram at AhaHalo has made this possible through one device!

AFTER SALES
Great staff. When I had an issue with the device, accidentally triggered in “firmware update” mode and was stuck on it for almost a month emails back and forth with updates finally worked after multiple attempts. The staff is very responsive Vicky who has made every effort to make sure I have a good device experience.

ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT
A common problem that many people are experiencing, as reported online (including myself) of accidentally activating the "firmware update" mode, it would be very helpful to many people if this issue was resolved through future firmware updates so that it would make it less common for this to occur.

Also, if Ahaharmony can provide a more comprehensive, more detailed explanation on what each and every program does, it benefit all your users so they can realize the full potential of your device and use it fully, and if your users are more fully confident of how every function works and not guess, which I myself am unclear on some of the less obvious names of each program can do for you.

I think if you come up with a video explaining every single program it would clear up a lot of uncertainty, for these reasons this is why I gave a 4 star rating instead of a 5 because of these two issues.

Other than that, I've had a positive experience with the AhaHalo device, the "peptides" programs are very effective such as the "good sleep (P)" which I've had a noticeable difference in deeper, more restful sleep.

Also, please do continue to add more Peptide programs as they are the top tier programs for health and feeling good.

Lisa Zhang is always so nice and informative when I have questions. I love Aha Halo and use it all the time. I have four running currently. I hope to purchase more in the future.

The Aha Halo device was recommended by a friend with quite a few health problems who says she felt better using the device. Nothing she could pinpoint as such, but feeling better. I feel the same. I feel better and certain programmes I run make a noteable difference whilst others I don't notice any difference. They are abdominal discomfort, inflammation and young body!

Vicky Wang in customer service was so lovely, kind and effective. She handled all of my questions perfectly and was such a pleasure to do business with.

I'm shocked! I injured my shoulder lifting 142kg on the bench press, years ago and it tends to bother me. I put on the shoulder and neck program and a few seconds later I felt relief. I couldn't belief it so a minute into it I started moving my shoulder in circles and it CRACKED INTO PLACE!!!!!!

I have been using aha halo for just a few days and can’t describe how it has changed my life. I am a different person. I was suffering from a herniated disk and inflammation my mobility was limited. In the first day I noticed immense improvement. It is still not completely healed but I have my life back and can’t thank the team and the inventor enough. I am still exploring different options but am excited and intrigued by how far it could take healing. So much gratitude. 🙏🏼💕 The consumer service is also absolute lovely. ☺️
