I am extremely disappointed of the customer service and experience in general. I have purchased a big order of 6 item if the value of almost £200. Unfortunately their size is not accurate at all as everything is extremely small. I have decided to return the order. I have requested for return label but their customer service replied to my email that their free shipping label is only valid within Netherlands. So I had to pay for my return postage on my own expenses which cost me almost £20 with Royal mail as I am living in UK. I have been checking the status of my shipment and it was saying that it is on hold with the Customs in their country. When I contacted after one month their Netherlands post office I have been told that the package is returning back to UK as they have tried to contact AGU BV but no one replied with additional information as requested. I have contacted AGU customer service again to ask them why they did not replied to the request from their Post office. And I got a reply that AGU is not covering the customs tax. How I should know that there is tax and how much it is when Royal mail did not know that? What a crap story and excuse. So now I am stuck with more than two months of requesting my refund. My parcel is nowhere or in the middle of who knows where??????????? I have told AGU that I want my refund. I have spent almost £250 and I did not get anything. No one replied to my email when I asked them for some solutions. They only have excuses. I have sent them copies of my receipts for postage. Honestly do not buy anything from this com as their customer service is really bad. And no one knows what is goi on. Returning something that doesn't not fit is extremely exhausting especially from UK. I thought that their company is good but unfortunately I got disappointed. I do not even know what will happen to my money as I have spent a lot to purchase their products. Probably everything is wasted and I should better flushed the money through the toilet next time. Thank you so much 🙏 I will not buy anything from your company again. You lost me as a customer.
Update on 18/11/2025 with my experience with Sergio who has contacted me from Customer service at the company. He responded to my negative review and promised to investigate further about my case. He managed to fix the situation for the past two months for four days. I am very grateful to him as he did made my day and found a solution. He issued a full refund and I can confirm that I have received my money back. He was very thorough and kept emailing me. I have explained and forwarded all the receipts and screenshots of the status of my parcel. As of present my parcel is at second attempt to be delivered to their company. I will try my best to return the parcel. Sergio I really appreciate your accountability in this situation. I wish that your colleagues recognise that you are irreplaceable person. Thank you so much. I am rating you 10 stars. However I have to rate the company as 4 star. It is hard for orders out of EU to return or exchange products. The process is very tenacious.

Really quick dwlivery and perfect quality of product
I ordered a jersey and socks from AGU and used their own size calculator to select size L, even though I normally wear M/L. The jersey was far too small. I returned it only 2 days after the 30-day return period, explained the situation (we had just welcomed our newborn daughter), and provided proof of return with photos and shipping receipts.
Despite weeks of communication, AGU showed no goodwill: my package was sent back without notice, my exchange request for a size XL was flatly denied without explanation, and no refund or reasonable solution was offered.
Products were unused and sealed, yet there was zero flexibility or customer care. I cannot recommend AGU – buyers should be aware of this poor service experience.

After almost two month after returning goods I was still waiting for my refund. No reaction on email. Opened PayPal case. Took another two weeks and excuses until they finally wired the refund.
First ever bad experience with a professional shop. Never again.
@Agu.com: is this really how you want to treat customers?
I purchased the City slicker coat in May 2023 and started wearing it in December 2023 .I am extremely disappointed and unhappy about the quality of the coat for 2 main reasons.
1. It is not as warm as they claim it is. It certainly does not keep you warm when it is 10 celsius let alone -15 as they claim.
2. By March 2024, the coat was completely worn off to the extent that people have commented on how tatty it looks even at places that there was no friction.
This is a very expensive coat and the quality is simply not there.
I have shared pictures with the customer service team and the advice that I got from them was how to clean it when the issue was not how dirty it was but how worn off it had become.
Please avoid.
My first order from them is also my last.
I ordered a hat, they confirmed the purchase, and then it took me about 10 days to write to them because I was seeing some very strange things with the product tracking.
Both the tracking and their customer service said the package was non-deliverable due to address problems.
I entered my address correctly 100%, as it was in the confirmation email of my purchase.
They also said they could not replace or reship the product, but would refund my money.
I have no idea what they did, but as a first impression I think I would rather not hear from them again.
This is unfortunately 1 star.
I bought Vigor Hd 2 Xl glasses from webshop and the lenses are faulty. The surface is melting and almost like a glue and totally useless. I have contact the customer service many times, using different adresses and even messenger but no one is answering. I have never had this crab service in my life, keep your hands out of this company.
