Had to threaten with legal action to get my items delivered. Even then they left one item out but as it was only worth a couple of pounds, it wasn't worth the extra time required to pursue. Would NEVER use them again.

I was a bit worried about ordering from Agri Supply due to previous reviews, however I placed an order for 5ft electric fence posts and have just received them. There was a delay in the delivery, but when I emailed Agri Supply, I got a very quick message back advising me it would be the next day which it was. The quality of the posts is really good and I will be ordering from them again.

Their problem is very simple. They have a very arrogant approach to their customers. They are right and don't need to do anything to fix things! When something goes wrong this approach really offends people.

Underlying this they have a number of email and web site problems that they refuse to address.

When everything goes as it should then all is well. But when things go wrong they will argue the hind leg off a mule rather than admit they need to fix something,

Terrible customer service - I ordered a wheelbarrow and it arrived with a missing part, to be fair they did respond and tried to send the missing part, but they sent the wrong part. When I pointed out their mistake they ignored me. When I raised a case with ebay they gaslit and lied to me

DO NOT order from this company at all!! orders fencing etc and stuff never turned up. I emailed several times and tried calling but no answer. Now going through credit card company to get money back! Buy elsewhere.

Ordered 10 polly posts 10th June via their eBay shop. Was told it is a few days delivery. No delivery 25th July so chased on email. Was told been shipped and as I am in an AB post code, delivery may be longer. Sure.... by 1 day, but not over 2 weeks. They told me they tracked the order and i would get it today (28th July) but still not delivered. Asked for a refund but been ignored.

Don't use this company... you won't get your order.

A complete con-artist. Don’t trust a word this person says. He’s a thief who’ll take your money and have no intention of sending you your goods. If you try and call him he’ll tell you what you want to hear, then block your call.

Order placed for electric fence isolators. No goods have been received. No reply to email. One phone call answered, assured goods dispatched, but no tracking number given. Tried to contact by phone and e mail with no reply.. wishing I'd read reviews before placing order. No stars

Ordered an ATV trailer from their eBay store on the 3rd of March, and it arrived in a few days which was fine. It arrived without the pack of bolts to fix it together though so I emailed them and they said they'd send another. A few weeks later and nothing had arrived so they were rang on the phone this time and they said a pack was in the post and should arrive in the next couple of days. Nothing came so a week or two later I requested a return and heard nothing from them for a month so I decided to unwrap it fully to see what bolts were needed to source them myself and found a ''new'' trailer that has scratches, paint chips and rust in a lot of places. Trailer will still work as it should when I've bought the bolts and it's my fault for being patient as it's too late now but I'm disappointed with what seems like I was being fobbed off when I did get a reply.

Phoned them to place order, very pleasant or should I say Clever, Paid in full and Delivery was promised for three days time, 12th March delivery on the Friday 14th, nothing arrived, after trying to phone loads of times and Emails, Nothing, DO NOT USE THIS FIRM,

I bought 2 chicken drinkers from this company through Ebay. They stopped working after 5 weeks. I put a request in to ebay to return them and Agri-Supply closed the request. Don't buy from them. They have lots of Negative feedback on Ebay

No reply and no sign of item! I’m hoping PayPal will refund me

Well after being extremely dubious about ordering and receiving what I consider to be poor quality 4ft posts . Agri supply, sent me samples of their 5ft posts which were much better quality, stronger and firmer. They then replaced the 4ft ones with the 5ft one. I just incurred the cost difference. I will definitely be ordering from them again . I’ve been pleasantly surprised by their customer service after reading the reviews . Thank you for reassuring a doubtful customer. Trust definitely restored!

Order has not arrived - all paid for. No reply by email/phones not answered/online chat not answered. Not sure how to get money back!

Paid for next day delivery and the item was never even posted according to the tracking number they provided. Paypal refunded me in full. DO NOT USE!!!

Similar experience to others here - ordered goods, paid for next day delivery, nothing delivered, claimed sent to fedex but no tracking information. No idea what is going on at all with our order, phoning and no one will answer the phone - week and a half late now and what do you do? We need the stuff so do we buy it again elsewhere and try to get our money back or wait and wait in this information vacuum and hope that one day we actually get the stuff? Really messing us about - we need these goods urgently that’s why we paid for next day courier. There’s no need to play about like that - if you haven’t got the stuff just say so and refund the money so we can go somewhere else. Just tell people, honestly and promptly, what is going on. So frustrating and annoying- and disrespectful too.

He tried to con me,ignored me after paying for goods i wanted tracking number but asked ebay to step in after days of being ignored ebay finally got threw to the t..d and finally agreed to pay me back.dont buy from him he's a thief

Awful - spend your money elsewhere!

Ordered early morning for next day delivery.
However no items have turned up.

I’ve emailed them and been ignored.
Messaged them on social media and been ignored.
Phoned them yesterday and was told my items were due to be delivered that day - I’ve received nothing.

I’ve asked for a tracking number - nothing.

They now won’t answer the phone to me.

I’d placed an order away back in 2021 and had no issues so didn’t hesitate to place this order.
Now I really regret this and wish I had done my research.
I really needed the items urgently hence paying for next day delivery.
