I bought 5 small Victorinox collectible Limited Edition penknives from the webshop. They arrived in good packaging and safely to here in Finland.

I didn't receive an email to say they were being sent or a tracking number, but that's OK when they get here.

I preface this by saying that I don't review often but this time I have to say that it deserves it. Excellent honest seller who shipped immediately what I ordered even if it was of little value, everything perfect. Also excellent shipping with BRT courier definitely the best for accuracy and speed! Thank you
note: the negative reviews on his account worried me but often most positive reviews (successful orders) are not reported so I would recommend trying.

Ordered several times in the online shop, always quick shipment and reasonable prices.

I ordered Germon L on the 14th of July 2021. It was supposed to be sent with DHL, but instead it was sent by DPD. The courier from DPD didn't ring my doorbell. Eventually I had to go to a gas station to collect it. It was extremely wrapped with plastic and inside was a carton box from an Italian washing powder brand. Inside that box I found the bottle that was extremely wrapped. I took off the wrapping and I discovered a damaged bottle that was only filled with 1/8 of a liquid. The rest of the liquid was hardly within the wrapping or box. This is not normal and very suspicious. It's so hard to get this product. I have paid the correct amount of money and I have spent lots of money on the shipping...and than I get this damaged product of which I think is most likely filled with something else. It looks like it's filled with some washing up liquid. I asked for a total refund, but didn't get it. I am extremely disappointed. I am a correct customer. I have a highly valuable collection of plants and I want to receive the highest possible quality of products and I am prepared to pay for it. It saddens me that so many people aren't correct anymore. If people pay the right amount of money for their products they should receive them in perfect mint condition. I am literally in shock. I will ask my close plant friends on Facebook if they have ever bought from this store. Because, this is not normal at all!!! I am so disappointed and furious. The manufacturer told me that this seller sells extremely old bottles. And he will get a warning from them. He is ruining the image of L. Gobbi. The very old bottles have a red lid. The seller has a picture of a new bottle with a white lid on his e-Bay account, but in reality he sells old plant growth bottles of Germon L with a red lid. Not sure if he only does it to foreigners or if he also scams Italians. I don't recommend buying from him.
