Absolute scam
Absolute scam, the onboarding is done in 30 min intervals and if nothing is accomplished you have to book another call which takes 2 weeks. Then when you try to cancel they change your account rep, to who you have to explain why you want to cancel and the issues, which then they try to solve but never do. Been battling them for a year, unapproved credit card charges.
Their retention rep Daniel Peretz's excuse for not issuing a full refund is that "they spent money on us and this is a business" and that its my responsibility before making a decision to use a company.
