I have been purchasing from Agora now for 3 years. They are the top #1 partworks kits company on the planet. Always fast with the shipping. Their customer service is top notch. The parts are of excellent quality. I could go on and on. Super happy with them. This by the way is model #7. I can't wait to see what they release next.

I have built several kits and never had a problem the quality is amazing

I managed to break a couple of parts whilst weathering the fabulous Orca model and the service team were very quick to respond and let me know how to buy the replacements that I needed.
Also, the model is going together really well (builder notwithstanding) and I'm enjoying it very much.

I really enjoyed the previous build, RMS Titanic.
The JP model looks interesting.
Really hoping an Apollo-era Command and Lunar Module are in the pipeline.

The kits and the instructions are of good quality and the shipping ist fast, however the prices are quite high

Pack one was of exceptional quality, but postage time from payment date was extremely slow. This would improve if sent by express post. The price would allow for this, I believe.

Agora puts out a great product and always send all the parts needed to complete monthly portion of model. They are consistent with what they advertise.

Received pack 1 of Orca and it was well packed and the pieces look great. Had an issue with not getting a shipping notice but customer services straightened out the issue quickly and I am looking forward to receiving pack 2.

The order process went smoothly my model package was delivered fast and I was kept updated by email on my delivery, it was well packaged.

The detail and quality of the parts used in the construction of this model are incredibly impressive.

I gave 4 stars because I was never notified of when the boxes would be delivered even though they said they would. I was just ready to leave for a week in the hospital when they arrived otherwise they would have sat on my front porch all week.
If not for that it would have been 5 stars

I placed an order for a Titanic Full Kit on March 7, 2026, and as of today, March 19, 2026, I still have not received a shipping confirmation.

According to Agora’s own FAQ, orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours, and customers are advised to contact support if nothing has been received within 7 days. I followed that guidance and reached out on Friday, March 13, at which point I was told my order would ship “early next week.” That timeframe has now passed with no update, no tracking information, and no proactive communication.

This is especially frustrating given the price point of these models and the expectations that come with it.

My experience prior to ordering was also disappointing. A $500 promotion was advertised for full kits, yet two of the most prominent models (the Orca and Shelby Cobra) either did not qualify or did not offer a selectable full kit option at checkout, despite the Cobra page clearly stating that a full kit purchase was available. I contacted customer support (email only, no phone support available) to point this out, specifically noting that there was no option to actually select a full kit purchase on the Cobra page. The response I received was essentially that it was not included in the promotion, without addressing the inconsistency on the product page or the promotion wording. This created unnecessary confusion.

To make matters worse, I received an automated email asking me to leave a Trustpilot review before the order has even shipped.

At this point, I cannot comment on the quality of the model itself, and I hope that the product experience is significantly better than the purchasing and customer service experience so far.

As it stands, this has been a very frustrating start.

Update (March 26, 2026):

Since my original review, the situation has improved. Communication has been clearer, and the overall experience is moving in a better direction.

The Titanic full kit has now been delivered. All 24 packs arrived, everything appears complete, and the packaging was in good condition. Daniel from customer service followed up, and I appreciate the effort made to address the situation, including a good will gesture for the inconvenience.

While the initial delay and lack of proactive communication could have been handled better, I am feeling more confident moving forward and looking forward to starting the build.

False Advertising. Advertised a special with pictures of models that were not part of the special that was being advertised.

The T800 Terminator is incredibly detailed. The construction steps are very well thought out and the instructions are easy to follow. I have just started the build, but I anticipate a very enjoyable project.

Haven’t started it yet but having carefully looked through the pile of boxes the quality & detail is clearly superb. It’s simply the best I’ve seen since I started model making way back in the late 50’s! I love the attention to detail.
It also arrived super quick. I can see me getting another model in the future.
