Absolutely first class service in every…
Absolutely first class service in every aspect. This company really does understand the meaning of customer service and more importantly how to deliver it.
I originally purchased a 3d printed Tiger 1 HE round for my collection which arrived super fast, well packed and exactly as described.
I then asked if it would be possible for them to produce a full size Tiger 1 track link for my display, and a couple of weeks later, Mercedes got in touch with me and told me they were going to produce it.
I'm very satisfied with the product, almost as good as the original and at a fraction of the cost, once I get it mounted it will be the centrepiece.
On a final note, the communication I had was fabulous with regular, friendly updates from Mercedes. She really was a diamond when it came to providing me with the most up to date information with no prompting - very professional and proactive. I have no hesitation in buying from AG Military, nor should anyone else.

I was delighted to find AG Military was so attentive to my requests . Their point person Mercerdes was most accomodating and kept me informed throughout the build process , and the additional Stencilling i asked for

Exemplar Product and Service
I stumbled across AG Military when searching for militaria on-line and have been very pleased with their service.
The products are excellent (I'm quite particular in my purchases), attention to detail, painting, decals, and packaging are very good and more than meet my expectation.
All that combined with real time updates on the progress of your order (each item is made to order) are again excellent.
I'm very close to completing the set and buying each item they make.
I can't recommend enough.

Wow! Customer service at its best! Mercedes & the team were AMAZING- Thankyou
First class customer service. I enquired whether a 81mm Mortar Round could be made in miniature for a cake topper. To my amazement, a mini mortar was produced. The team handcrafted an exact miniature and even sent me two options. I couldn’t be happier, it was perfect! Mercedes was exceptional in communicating with me every step of the way. Thankyou so much to everyone involved. Highly recommend this team.
