We recently moved from Oxford to Somerset with AG Jacob and Sons following a recommendation from a colleague at work. We were delighted with every aspect of the move. This company is a family-run affair and they take the responsibility of moving peoples' belongings extremely seriously. The movers were so professional, kind, and hardworking. Nothing was too much bother, and they listened carefully to my concerns (such as making sure that no wet feet went onto the new carpet etc). Nothing was rushed, and I felt like the company really focussed on our move and gave it the time and dedication it needed (we moved a 5 bedroom family home, and they packed for two days and moved for two).
It's worth mentioning that this team were incredible at negotiating access down a very narrow lane, and dealing with a worried neighbour. They were incredibly professional and dealt with all parties courteously and kindly.
