Thank you for being "highly agile"

pun intended.
After asking questions and using their 14 days free trial, I have decided to purchase Agiled.
It is going to replace my super decked out accounting/business management software because Agiled fits my user place way better. I'm just going to leave the other LTD business management software for another business...
It is also going to replace my current paid CRM because it is comparable, but has project management and proposal built into when they client accepts it all in 1 software. Well then I guess it is not comparable anymore, it is superior!
Note: compared to the other CRM, agiled is missing short automatic follow up sequence, or email templates. You will need to have this in your email marketing software or a swipe file somewhere.
Agiled also has a roadmap to improve and add even more features. It is one of the main reason I switched as well. Compared to other software I purchased, their roadmap seems to be empty and lack of innovation, I would expect them not to improve my efficiency even though I am paying them a monthly fee, whereas I can expect Agiled continue to wow me as they roll out new features.

Amazing app, great to work with.

Agiled. app is the big daddy of all crm's. It has all the features that a startup could ask for - sales, project management, staff management, task timer, billing & invoicing, et al. And the price is also very reasonable.

Agiled seriously has all you need to run your business and connect all your digital tools. This is much more than a CRM, this is a business management platform that has a lot to offer in one place, it's really feature-rich and flexible for integrations. Since it's relatively new, it needs to be polished and mature, but I'm very happy with the platform so far and with the team, they have proven to be committed and have delivered what they promised.

This is what I liked the most so far:
-White-label platform, customize it as you like, custom domain, login, add your branding.
-Tons of direct integrations such as GSuite, Office365, ActiveCampaign, Quickbooks, Asana, Calendly just to mention a few + 1000s others thru zapier, integromat, pabbly, etc. and more keep on coming.
-GDPR Ready and HIPAA Compliant
-Online and offline payment methods, such as Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay
-If you have VAs (locally or overseas) you can now pay them thru TransferWise! That's really helpful
-Automations were recently released and have proven to be awesome!
-Multilanguage, I have a few international clients, and they loved it.

There are a few things to improve though, but overall is a great platform.
If you are looking for a business management solution, I highly recommend it.

It's been many years that I am checking different CRMs. Agiled had always stood out because the value they offer; is much higher than the price they charge. I think it is crazy not to get it. Just compare the prices of the other CRM providers and you will see the value you get.

What I like in Agile:
- It is simple to use
- It syncs easily with Google with no errors
- It saves you from using 10s of other 3rd party software
- Great onboarding
- White label option (Logo, brand colors and I used my sub own Domain)
- It has all I need

I am so glad to be a part of Agiled CRM users but it would be great if we could have a community like an FB Group so that we can exchange ideas on how to improve our businesses and go more toward Automation using Agiled.

If you have a small business and you are thinking of a CRM I think it's great and I highly recommend it.

Awesome tool with a lot of potential! Agiled takes care of almost all aspects of running a business. It's like a Swiss-army knife for management!

I just replaced my Flowlu after learning we can't really manage multiple businesses with it (while being GDPR complaint). Agiled took care of that nicely! Plus a lot of other features that are not available in other tools anywhere near this price.

My Favorite Features so far:
- White-labeling from the first code!
- Unlimited CRM!
- Custom Sales Pipeline!
- Easy-to-use Proposal Maker!

When the multi-brand workspace kicks in at the end of the year this tool will be gold.
I've been using Clickup as well and I do hope the founders here take some additional UX ideas from them, but it's still far better than the other tools I've tried.

All in all, very happy that I found them!

I'm a Goldmine, Maximizer, Sales Force & Zoho CRM Engineer. I've been using CRM's since 1996, and I've never experienced a mssive sense of refreshment when I was on the Agiled CRM!!!!!

It's super simple and easy to setup, customize, and integrate from our old system(s) to this one app.

My technical team have asked for support, and the response was very fast, and more detailed than imagined.

This is so ideal! I have clients that want to hold digital records of their certifications, Social Media Promoted Image Files, and so much more!

As you need more pipelines customized, its as easy as buy an additional lifetime stackable code!!!

6. Within the CRM there are 3 sections: Accounts, Contacts & Deals.
This helps because most of my clients have 3 types of CRM lists!

This is so great because in the off hours, I'm getting suggestions from their AI.

I have been searching for a client portal for a while for my bookkeeping practice. I wanted to be able to manage every aspect of my business. Agiled allows you to manage your clients, your staff, and your business itself. I also wanted to be able to intergrate my portal with different apps. You can store client files internally and externally. You can track the time for staff, have them request days off, and pay them through the system.
You can create simple automated workflows for projects and book appointments. Agiled checked the boxes for any bookkeeping boss.

Business management was one of the main challenges for us from the last couple of years, and we have tried several tools during our journey, and we thought to give it a try and see if it can help us to make our life easier and to cut our cost. The results after our experience are extraordinary and I am proud that how good this tool does its job to manage the different business operations.

Agiled is a one system with a combination of many tools, and you have almost everything that you need to run and manage your business. All the tools at one place like CRM & sales; project management, managing finances and invoices, managing employees and payroll and much more. Many other integrations make your life even easier, and you can also integrate with your other existing tools. I am curious for the coming updates that will make it even better.

Agiled has all the features I have been looking for in one program: invoicing, scheduling, chat, a time tracker, and calendar integration. It even has templates for contracts, proposals, and invoices! I no longer need Dubsado or Wave. I also tried Flowlu, but I am sticking with Agiled. Agiled has more features at the moment and I prefer its organized layout. I am so happy I found it :-) Try it you'll like it

I just love the way the UI is in this app. Feature wise it has all the necessary features and functionality that you may need.
Really good CRM app.

Testing out this product, which has been around for a while, there are a few shortcomings that could be worked on. Overall, it has a lot of potential and is feature-rich. As a current AppSumo deal, you also can't beat this price for a lifetime deal. Comparable products would be $50/month minimum for all of these features.

My issue is simply that the two most important features to my use-case (mobile compatibility and workflow automation) are currently a bit limited and buggy. They did recently change the UI of the platform so it's likely these will be solved in the next few weeks. Fingers crossed!

Agiled offers a lot more than I expected.

I have been using Dubsado for the last few years and loved it but also noticed that some things were missing for me.

Agiled offers so many amazing tools and I am looking forward to implementing all of them one by one.

From CRM to offers, time tracking, project management - you name it. ...and much more.

I love that it combines my team and my client's workflows in one place. I am truly happy with the purchase so far.

I started using the app and so far iets great! A lot of tools all in one place and easy to use.
Support is very fast and to the point just the way i like it. I also like how I can track my invoices and store all my important documents and contracts!

Also they are very active in adding new features + their roadmap is also very promising. You can upvote features they have planned and submit new idea's!

They also have a good database of documents and videos of how to use Agiled.

Great value for money! + it's in my own language.

As of yet i haven't really found anything that i dislike about the product other than it's massiveness. It's really a lot of tools you can utilize in one place. Setting everything up precisely the way i want it to look, feel and work does take a lot of time but in the end it's all worth it.

This is the best all-in-one business management program I have found! It has templates for invoices, contracts, and proposals. It also has chat, scheduling, and an accounting feature will be available soon. It has replaced Dubsado and Wave for me. I also tried Flowlu, but I prefer the layout of Agiled and I believe Agiled has more features at the moment. I am super excited I found this program!

Agiled is an all-in-one business platform that I can use to manage my business. I can do project management, manage invoices, time tracking, create proposals, and more. I bought it last year but decided not to use it because of the CRM. Agiled recently launch a new CRM module and I decided to use it on one of my other business. I can also do white label so my clients won't know that I am using Agiled for the client portal.

Agiled is the sales tool that I have been waiting for. As a big previous user of Hubspot all I can say is I was sick of paying such a high price for such limited functionality. Enter Agiled; the dashboard is clean / light - it honestly has all the main components of what you need as a hub to run your company. It’s a little too much to describe in one review, but you only need to go inside the dashboard and see the functions of the sales pipeline and automations. I’m excited for this tool, especially given how affordable it is!

Agiled is an extremely agile solution, where I can manage all aspects of business requirements for ALL my businesses (I have a few).

From CRM, HRM, Finance, Project Management, Proposal, Billing, Timesheet, Forms etc. All combined with a simple and easy to navigate interface that convinced me from first look.

Started using Agiled about a year ago, and we weren't quite taken with it as a CRM due to quite a few bugs with usability and getting it setup. But after some back and forth with support we decided to continue using it based on the current roadmap of improvements planned. Rather than jumping between competing apps such as HubSpot,and freshsales.
Pros
1. The UI has been much improved over time.
2. As a web based CRM app speed moving between tabs has improved greatly.
3. The fact that they actually listen to existing clients is a big PLUS for us.
Cons.
1. No mobile app
2. It's ticketing capabilities are lacking and not as polished to use as a full ticketing system, until then you will have to use the integrations with external applications
