Took the CSM class with Kim. Though she was sick with Covid, she stuck it out and did a great job of articulating the framework of Scrum. It was online, but put together very well and almost felt like you were in person. Breakout sessions with your group were well planned and interaction was encouraged and obtained.

This class was so helpful! I learned so much and it was set up in a fun and engaging way. 10/10 experience, 10/10 instructor!

My friend took Kim's Certified Scrum Master course and recommended I take it as well - I'm glad that I did! Kim was engaging and helped us learn about Scrum through doing and discussions (as opposed to just lecturing) and that made the course move so quickly. She used tons of analogies and real-life scenarios to connect us to the content. I took my CSM exam within an hour of finishing the course and passed! So now I recommend to others to take Kim as well for any Scrum related courses that she offers!

Just finished my 2-day course with Kim Brainard & I couldn’t have asked for a better CSM teacher! Her teaching style and enthusiasm for what she does is undoubtedly top tier! I have no formal scrum or tech experience and passed with a 90% on my first try! This wouldn’t have been possible with out the in-depth knowledge and ability to articulate “SCRUM” like Kim provided within her course! Highly recommend her classes for anyone looking into Certifications within the “SCRUM” world!

Kim is great. I really enjoyed her class. The course is super engaging, the process of unlearning was really drilled into me, and I appreciate it. Weekend classes are wonderful as I am unable to do so during the weekdays. I took the exam after class and passed it like a champ with no issues. Hoping to go towards the next certs soon once I meet the experience requirements!

Kim absolutely killed it! She ensured everyone paid attention and had a great control over the entire course. You can tell how passionate she is about teaching by being the only instructor coaching during the long weekend (March 7th). I was skeptical about the course at first but she explained the entire course with mutiple examples, real life scenarios and interactive break out sessions. Thank you Kim!

Kim was a great instructor! In such a short time she was able to create a culture where all students felt comfortable asking questions, which enabled us to truly get something out of the class. I took my test the last day of the class and got a perfect score, so something she's doing is definitely working!

Having Kim as my CSM trainer was one of of the BEST experiences I have ever had. She is so patient with her teaching. She allows you time to understand the content and the process of the content before she moves on. She holds you accountable and keep you engaged in the learning process. If you’re looking for someone to teach you, and you are able to understand and retain the information Kimberly Brainard is your person!

This is the second class I have taken with Kim Brainard. She is a great instructor! She trains in multiple ways to make it easy to understand, she engages the class to make it fun to learn. Such a great experience! I'm hoping to schedule another class with her in the near future!

I just received my CSM certification passing it on the first try after taking the 2 day Certified Scrum Master course with Kim Brainard. If I could give more stars I would. One of the most valuable out of the many things learned was “Patience to prosper”, I had never heard that in my many years of being an area coach or general manager in the restaurant world, and I wish I had learned it years ago, such a simple statement but packing a massive impact. She definitely demonstrated this during the two day course where she kept it exciting, moving, informative, and giving hands on real life experiences in our small group break out rooms where we would put in to practice what we had just learned. She inspires you to dig as you are wanting to know more. She identifies all of the different learning styles of the group and ensures everyone’s light bulb goes off. My favorite thing about her is she doesn’t give you the answers, she provokes true thought and like a true Jedi using all of the FORCC….she gets you to answer your own question and correctly at that. I will definitely be utilizing her if possible for all of the certifications required for my chosen career path.

Kim's excitement on the subject was fantastic. She really pulled me into the class. Second class with her, and I cannot wait to take another class with her.

The instructor's teaching method was very effective in terms of instilling the learnings in the participants' minds. The breakout sessions were also extremely helpful in providing hand-on training.
