Warning: Avoid this place!
Please be cautious with this property and its hosts — they are extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. We had booked their accommodation in Como for three nights, but we encountered serious issues from the very first night.
This is not an apartment, as advertised. It’s just a bedroom that has been separated from an apartment — it even has connecting doors that lead directly into the rest of the property. Due to this, there was constant noise, and we had absolutely no privacy.
In addition, construction workers were active in the adjacent unit until 4 AM, making it impossible to sleep. This room is simply not suitable for overnight stays.
There is no parking available, the neighbors are extremely noisy — especially when there's a football match — and the bathroom sink was clogged from day one. A few hours later, even the shower stopped working.
I contacted the hosts via WhatsApp looking for a solution. They promised to refund me since I only stayed for one night, but unsurprisingly, they never followed through. They turned out to be nothing more than skilled liars.
I also reached out to Booking.com because this place doesn't even meet the minimum requirements for a proper stay. I honestly don’t understand how it's even licensed.

The accommodation is a fully independent unit with a private entrance and structural separation that ensures privacy and comfort. While it is derived from a larger property, it is completely self-contained and does not share any internal access.
Your report of construction noise during the night was unexpected, as the owner lives right next door and confirmed that no disturbance of any kind occurred. No construction work was carried out at night in or around the property.
As stated clearly in our listing, there is no private parking — only public parking is available in the surrounding area — and this is made transparent prior to booking.
Regarding the bathroom, the owner personally checked the facilities shortly after your message and found everything to be working properly. Both before check-in and after check-out, our cleaning staff confirmed that the shower and sink were fully functional and in perfect condition.
We always do our best to assist guests quickly and helpfully, and we responded promptly via WhatsApp to your messages. However, your claims were not substantiated by any objective findings. This is also why Booking.com did not approve a refund — as there were no grounds for it.
We also noticed that your review history tends to be consistently negative, which raises additional concern that your complaints may have been driven primarily by the expectation of receiving a refund, rather than by real issues with the accommodation.
