No good attention and care at all

No good attention and care at all.
Starting at the training weekend in the beginning, which is said to take place in NY, and was 2 h further...
The llc (local representant of Agent Au Pair) was a 2 h drive from my house, and then quit so I didn't have one for 6 months. That means no meetings with au pairs in my area.
When I had problems in my family there was no one listening to me or helping me. When I had to leave my family they sent me an email 3 days later that I'm violating their the rules of the program...
