To clarify, our team acted based on the information provided to us, and the goal was only to prevent any inconvenience, such as parcels being delivered to the wrong address or subscriptions renewing unexpectedly.
At the same time, we want to explain that our system does not allow subscriptions to be placed on hold indefinitely. They can only be cancelled or rescheduled for a specific future date. Without a confirmed timeframe to resume, the subscription was cancelled as a safeguard.

I am very happy with the service that I received from Agemate. It was easy to place an order, the costs were displayed in a clear and easy to understand manner. It makes a difference!
I have been drinking my AgeMate for a couple of weeks now. Aside from the fact that I get a little kick if pleasure from drinking something in such a lovely shade of purple, I do feel it's made a big difference to my energy levels. I am generally quite sluggish for various reasons and AgeMate really gives me the boost I need to get through the day and be productive.
