Horrible company and completely unreliable.The agents who take calls are a complete joke. They can't speak basic English or even Tamil.. They just fob you off with lies promising to let the moving team call you.. You never receive a call from them. The rest of the time they never pick up the phone. The woman who takes calls to organise madness false promises. Shes hopelessly bad. .a complete disgrace of a company. Please Avoid this business at all costs!

Trusting Agarwal Packers & Movers has turned out to be one of the worst decisions I’ve made.

I booked them to move my household belongings from Bangalore to Pune. It has now been more than 9 days, and my consignment is still showing in Karnataka with no clear progress.

I have been following up with customer care since Day 5. Every time, I am given the same assurance that it will reach Pune “tomorrow” and that I will receive a call. But nothing happens. Before that, the tracking showed the consignment stuck at an unknown location without any meaningful movement.

I have also been given excuses such as the driver being unwell, but the explanations simply don't add up.

What makes this even more frustrating is that their charges were higher than other vendors, and their representatives repeatedly pushed for a higher insurance value, resulting in additional charges.

This is not just an inconvenience. My family and I are genuinely suffering because we don't have our household belongings. We are struggling with basic day-to-day activities and have been forced to manage without essential items.

At this point, I don't know how much longer I have to wait or what condition my belongings will be in when they finally arrive.

I chose Agarwal Packers & Movers expecting professional and reliable service because of their reputation. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

Think twice before trusting them with your household belongings.

Recently shipped 10 boxes (200+kgs) from Bangalore to Newbury,UK through Air freight..
Payment was done on Aug 1st,2026.. It's delivered on 28th August .. Not sure if the delay was because of customs processing or late dispatch. But the boxes were delivered without any damage.
Below are the areas of improvement,
-> Packaging person demanded extra money for labours..(paid around 1500 extra)
-> Portal needed for tracking the shipment and extra transparency for tracking/contacting the delivery partners..

I have used apml service three times.
First it was good second time damaged few items
Third time it was horrible i had to hire different tempo to unload my things which was never reimbursed.A whole carton went missing which they refused to admit.
My two wheeler got damaged.
Even after multiple emails and calls they never fully reimbursed the cost of damage
Their loading and unloading prople ask for extra money everytime.
Keep a thorough list of your items with you along with photos of EVERYTHING.
I really suspect some of my things were stolen by their workers.
Do not go to this company ever, bunch of frauds they are.

Performance was good and shared updated status regularly.

Always answered the calls

It was really bad experience,
Bike was damaged.
Fuel line of my bike was cut.
Sent images and email as well, no response.

My experience with APML has been horrible. I have used its services three times, and unfortunately, all three experiences were very disappointing.

On the first occasion, the pickup was fine, but the delivery person was not available at the destination. As a result, it took almost a full day to get my luggage unloaded.

On the second occasion, I had booked a morning pickup as I had a train to catch at night. However, the pickup team arrived only at night, leaving me with no option but to arrange labourers myself to pack the luggage. To make matters worse, a small vehicle was initially sent, and the other vehicle arrived late.

On another occasion, I had booked transportation for my car from Hyderabad to Lucknow. After receiving the delivery-point message in Lucknow, I followed the GPS location but could not find the actual location. I contacted customer care from another number because my registered number was with my wife. I provided my email ID and all other relevant details, but the customer-care representative refused to share the address and insisted that I either call from the registered number or send an email. When I asked how long it would take to receive a response by email, I was told that it could take more than two days just to get the address.

The customer-care service, particularly after delivery, was extremely disappointing. Overall, I have had a very poor experience with APML on all three occasions, and I have now stopped using their services.

I felt compelled to share this experience because the 4.9-star rating does not seem consistent with my experience, and it makes me question how representative those ratings actually are.

Extremely disappointing service from Aggarwal Packers & Movers. My merchandise was booked on 6 August from Bareilly to New Delhi, and as of today, 17 August, it has still not been delivered.
What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication and timely updates. A delay of this magnitude without proactively informing the customer is completely unacceptable.
This has been a highly unprofessional and frustrating experience. Packers and movers are entrusted with customers’ valuable belongings, and such poor handling seriously damages trust and the company’s reputation.
I strongly recommend that customers think twice before choosing Aggarwal Packers & Movers. If there is a genuine delay, the minimum expectation is transparency, accountability, and regular communication—not silence.

I availed household relocation services from Agarwal Packers & Movers Ltd. from Pune to Hyderabad for ₹85,000 under CFR No. CFRPUN262703583. During delivery, the unloading was handled by a third-party team that repeatedly demanded additional money and compelled me to pay ₹2,500 despite full payment already being made.
My bed was not assembled, although I had been informed during booking that only the AC and wardrobes would require separate installation. Several glass items were broken, multiple cartons were torn, and my sofa, mattress, and other household items became dirty due to the extremely unclean delivery vehicle.
I immediately reported these issues to the company with photographs as evidence. Despite sending multiple emails and reminders, I have received no acknowledgment or resolution.

I thought APML was reliable but they were super unreliable, very rude staff, taking 100 follow ups to get the delivery. Very fast to take money and order. Extremely poor when it comes to delivery.

After reading multiple bad reviews on Google and elsewhere, I still went forward with APML because they have a vast network and partner companies in the country I was moving from. My air-transport quote ended up being as costly as the sea-freight cost (50% more expensive) and took over a month to reach me. The cost went up because of the war, but also due to a delay in shipping by APML's local freight partner, which was annoying, to say the least. Nevertheless, APML extended all cooperation, gave me a small discount, and was very, very helpful. I would like to send out a special word of thanks to Ms Pranali Lad from the Mumbai office and her manager, who made my experience at least 10 times better. There was also a slight address change at the final destination, which APML and their team happily accommodated. Overall, the package arrived undamaged, so I am happy. Thanks, Pranali and the APML team. :)

They crashed my car and fraud people hided with different stories. I gave my new Swift car to transfer from Goa to Hydrabad, but these idiots purposefully used for personal use for 18 days then hit my car and acting smart. Don't trust this basterds, please donot use this shitty services. They donot value your money. Beggars will spoil and personal use your stuff. God knows these basterds are using your personal card for smuggling and other stuffs.

Seamless process from picking up to delivery. Staff was very professional throughout but could have appeared casual in the filling out of the form - in my case the entering of the shipment value. The insurance cover is a bit on the high range though. Delays were pretty long (2 weeks for a flight delivery) but not that big of a deal when you are not in a rush. Very responsive customer service.

Excellent response to query and prompt disposal. Packaging is excellent and damages to items is negligible.

Our experience with APM was excellent. We recently relocated from Delhi to the UK, and the entire process was handled seamlessly by the APM team. A special thanks to Mr. Abhishek, who managed everything in the most efficient and professional manner. Every step was completed on time, and our belongings were packed, transported, and delivered with great care.

Sriparna at the Head Office provided constant follow up and patience over my household movement planning period and until the final delivery at the destination. The packing team was well organized with all materials and delivered fast and efficient packing. Home delivery was without complication and unloading was very fast. As the planning developed Sriparna provided continuous clarification and resolution of all issues and paperwork.

our experience with APM was excellent, we moved from Dubai to Goa and APM especially Ms Pranali handled everything in most efficient and professional way everything was cleared on time and most carefully. we recommend everyone to experience the services from APM. The process was handled in a professional and cordial manner. Special thanks to Ms. Manjula for her assistance and attention to the matter. Cargo was handled properly and no significant issues were noted. One improvement I would recommend is that there is better coordination between the driver and the delivery team, otherwise the delivery can get delayed. Also the delivery team should be well-equipped with tools etc. for assembling furniture if required as per contract.

Extremely disappointing experience with Agarwal Packers and Movers.

My bike was picked up on 12 July 2026 with a clear assurance that it would be delivered within 8 days. It has now been more than 14 days, and I still have not received it.

What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer support. Despite repeated follow-ups, the customer care team has failed to provide any clear delivery timeline or meaningful update. Every interaction ends with vague responses and no accountability.

Making false delivery commitments and then failing to communicate with customers is highly unprofessional. If you cannot meet the promised timeline, the least you can do is provide honest updates and take responsibility.

I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this company if timely delivery, transparency, and reliable customer service are important. I am now left with no option but to escalate this matter to senior management and the appropriate consumer authorities.
