My experience was great because they…

My experience was great because they didn't waste time in refering me to an agent and that agent who is Zoey is helping me with the cancelation of my account and the refund of my membership fees. To be honest i didn't expect or think that they would offer me a refund so i really love their service, and i will be happy if this refund process becomes successful.
