Similar story here, for a blocked sink the guy came and asked 500 eur initially, and after I refused, he said I need to pay 90 eur for service cost. When I said I agreed on the phone for 35 eur only, he said he doesn't even know the company he came for , saying it came from "central communication". After a long phone call I paid 35 eur and sent the guy.
Absolute scam, avoid these guys! I was charged over 1000 euros for drain cleanage, which was not needed. Got charged an additional 200 euros for washing machine installation, when the machine was already installed. And when you try & email them, you get an error that the email address does not exist.
This is a SCAM do not call this company they over charge 189e for the 1st 30 min + 35e just to come to your place. If ever you want to cancel it is 90e. There you go a real SCAM!!!!
