While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I got scammed on this website.

I got scammed on this website.
First, I created an account 2 weeks ago and for some reason, I cannot access it at all. The domain I bought does not exist anymore, I cannot go to the landing page.
I tried multiple times to contact the support but only a helpless AI answers me, then the AI says it will connect me to a human but no one reached out for 2 weeks.

This review is false and does not reflect a genuine customer experience.

Aftermarket.com routes users to third-party marketplaces and does not accept payments directly or generate order numbers for transactions. The reviewer was asked to provide basic verification details, including an order number, and was unable to do so because no such order exists in our system.

The information provided by the reviewer is also not credible. The phone number provided does not match a valid U.S. phone number format. It appears to begin with “34,” which is the country calling code for Spain, not the United States. The reviewer has not provided any verifiable U.S. contact information, order number, transaction ID, receipt, or other evidence showing a genuine customer experience with our company. When additional information was requested through Trustpilot, the reviewer failed to provide verifiable details supporting their claim.

Based on the information available to us, this appears to be a coordinated bad-faith complaint rather than a genuine customer experience. The individual has created or used multiple separate accounts and attempted to pose as another person while making the same unsupported claims against our company.

We deny the allegations in this review in full and reserve all rights. We are prepared to provide supporting documentation directly to Trustpilot’s moderation or compliance team.
