Ordered a hoody unbelievably thick and quality, so ordered a few more bits well worth the money for the quality.

After finding out that the hat I ordered was out of stock, I received a text from Afterjam offering me alternative styles. The issue was sorted within minutes and they even threw in a free nube for inconvenience!

Bought one of their Boonie hats and really impressed with the build quality of it - usually when buying from small companies it can be hit and miss sometimes on clothing, but I liked the style and thought why not.

Solid hat for the slopes or festivals and what’s more it comes with a detachable neck shade which I didn’t actually realise was part of the purchase, but a great nice to have.

Pretty clear customer service and haven’t been spammed sales emails by them either which is a welcome change from most surf and snow retailers these days 🙌

If I could give 6 stars I would! Such good customer service and the merch is sick. Looking forward to my new hoodie :D

After a long time waiting, I finally ordered my first riding hoodie and throughout the whole process the team has been fantastic and incredibly helpful. Had a slight issue with word printing on a long line top, contacted customer service who apologised and sent out a fresh one. Really easy and great service.
