Recently I moved intercity. The booking process, communication, coordination was excellent from the owner Mr. Ali. He and his team were punctual and transparent about the time fixed and the rates. He was considerate enough to adjust to my needs. The moving team of 2, was expert and made no fuss about any ad-hoc work due to circumstances. They helped in dismantling and assembling our rigid cupboard and also other stuff. My friend had recommended me to them. Now I'm happy to recommend them. Go for it.

Great experience.

I was moving to a flat on the 4th floor with no lift. I didn’t need to hire a van but just needed one person to come and help me move the items up 4 flights of stairs. The process of booking was easy and simple. I called 2 days before the move, and was instantly given a reasonable quote. The move went smoothly and efficiently. The helper sent was able to shift everything up to the fourth floor in quick time.

Other companies I previously called had an inflexible minimum rate of 2 hours work and extremely unreasonable quotes for what would realistically amount to less than 30 mins of work. On the other hand, this company easily accommodated my request and understood that it was a simple job. Would recommend.

I phoned AFS Removals initially to obtain a quote for moving to a new bungalow. A video call arranged due to current pandemic situation. The quote was emailed to me the same day. On the day the crew arrived bang on time and parked with no problems even though their vans are huge. They set to work straight away and whilst I was making them a cuppa they had nigh on loaded the upstairs into the van. Nothing was too much trouble for them and when we asked if we should do certain things to make it easier for them they assured us they were fine. We couldn't believe how easy they made it look. They were a lovely helpful and professional team. Am excellent company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Nothing is too much for them

We used AFS in December 2022 and again in May 2023. Both times they were very calm, helpful and made the experience of moving a breeze. They're professional and a really lovely team. We'll recommend them to our friends :).
