I am very happy with the oil from Afsennah! It gives my hair a beautiful glow, natural volume, and always makes it look healthy. The scent of each oil also feels very personal. After finishing one oil, when you order the next, you always receive exactly what your hair needs.

I have been using the microneedle scalp roller together with the custom scalp growth oil for my alopecia areata (head and beard) and the results have been amazing. My bald patches filled in within 2-3 months now i maintain it once a week also very happy with the shampoo. It smells great cleans my scalp well and doesn't dry out my hair

It took me a good 8 weeks, twice a week of oiling with the scalp oils religiously and finally i'm seeing my babyhairs!!!! yay! I'm so happy as I've tried so many ways of growing my hair. I got both the roller and the scalp oil.

The product has made my hair so much better, thicker, new hairs literally!!! My hair is so much healthier. I die for these products !

I have been ordering from this company for years and decided this year to start a subscription. Two months ago, two transactions were deducted from my account at the same time, and I still haven’t received any products.

I have contacted customer service several times. Each time I’m told, “Sorry, it will be shipped tomorrow.” “It will be shipped tomorrow.” But to this day — and it has been over a month — there is no shipment and no information. I am only being reassured without any actual action.

Fortunately, I can report this in Switzerland, so a record will be made about this website. I really liked the oil, but this customer service is extremely poor. It is also unacceptable to charge two amounts at the same time without sending me any oil.

Don’t buy these products. This is a rip-off company. The product doesn’t work and it’s unnecessarily expensive.

I also experienced something like this: When I was purchasing, I accidentally signed up for a subscription to get a 30% discount. The next month, they charged my account the same amount again to send the same products. How can this even be possible? How am I supposed to finish these products in one month? What am I going to do if these oils keep arriving every month?

From this, you can clearly see how unprofessional this company is. Do not shop from them, and warn anyone who is thinking about buying from them!!!

I would rate the oils by negative!

Shame on a company like you to make scam like this to let people pay 3 orders, plus that their oils makes me feel physically sick and hard headache and the customer service are the rudest thing that I have ever dealt with.

I wanted to make a singular order and must've accientally opted in for their subscription model in which they keep sending you the product EVERY MONTH. I reached out to them and explained that I didn't want that option and that I just wanted to order the product one time. Their answer is disappointing: They force you to pay at least three times before they let you out of the subscription model. Since they are not providing a service or anything but just ship a product to you I think it's ridiculous that they don't let you cancel the subscription after telling them you purchased it on accident. Scammy vibes and zero costumer orientation. I would've reordered their hair oil for sure but seeing how they dealt with me showing zero cooperation I will never give a cent to this company again.

I’ve been using this hair product for a few weeks now and I am absolutely stunned with the results! My hair feels so much softer and looks much healthier. Normally, I struggle with frizz, but this product keeps my hair smooth and in shape all day without feeling heavy or greasy.

The scent is fresh but not overpowering, and the texture makes it really easy to apply. A little goes a long way, which means the product lasts a long time.

What I love most is the shine and manageability it gives my hair. Even after blow-drying, my hair stays soft, bouncy, and full of volume.

I've been using her products since October, and since then I've been experiencing hair loss like never before. I haven't seen any new hair growth, and the shedding continues—especially when I wash my hair.

I received this oil on the 9th may and tried it for the first time on the evening of 11th May - as soon as I applied the oil to my hair the smell was overwhelmingly disgusting. It smelt like garlic and sour smells all over my hair. I tried to persevere and wrap my head as followed in tutorials but the oil made me physically sick and after a couple of hours I had to wash the oil out of my hair. The oil was also so much darker than advertised on the website and in their social platforms.
The next morning was Monday 13th straight away I requested a return label to send the item back and also sent an email to customer service.
On Wednesday 15th I received a response saying that because I had reported it to my bank that they wouldn’t send a replacement or a free bottle . I haven’t reported it to my bank - I tried to log a return on Klarna but don’t have a return label.
Please note that at no point I have asked for a replacement or a free bottle. I simply want to send the item back for a refund which is proving impossible.
Since then I have still yet to have received a response. My return has not even been approved so I cannot send the item back.
This is not a £10-15 oil. It cost in excess of £90 for a bottle of oil and the customer service is absolutely awful. The products are super pungent smell and this should be disclosed before hand. I am always so reluctant to leave bad reviews but I feel like for the price tag, responses should be better and clearer.

I've been using Afsennah for about 3 months now and I'm pretty impressed with the results. My hair definitely feels thicker and I'm seeing less shedding when I brush. Totally worth it, especially for the price compared to those fancy brands that don't even work half as well.

It really does work at any age, but keep in mind: “Consistency is key!!” And you will het the results you want!!!

This product is amazing! You just need to be consistent and ask yourself, how much do I really want this.
I’m a postpartum mum, and despite having very little time to myself, I ALWAYS make sure I oil my hair every week! Consistency is key!

These oils saved my hair! I've been using the scalp and hair oil for almost an year and they stopped the shedding and helped regrow my hair. Before trying them, I had been losing so much hair for over an year, after using damaging hair dyes and wearing a motorcycle helmet for too many hours (also unknowingly one size too big and would friction against my hair). After just the second use of the I could see that the shedding was decreasing, and after one month, it stopped! Little by little my hair started regrowing and going back to the normal used to know! No more finding locks in the shower and in the washing machine, no more crying after combing my hair. So if you are wondering whether you should try this, go for it!

Ordered after seeing an insta advert, the oil smells awful and is very greasy and sadly did not work at all
