Lazy dry cleaning, didn’t clean stains

I can’t comment on their tailoring, but very disappointing dry cleaning experience. My dress shirt and jumpers came back with the exact same stains on them as when I dropped them off a week prior. The clothing smelled “cleaned,” but the attention to detail is sorely lacking, especially as I pointed out these specific stains during drop-off. One jumper was also returned to me covered in specks of lint and small hairs, again suggesting minimal cleaning effort.

Sorry to see that you're very disappointed about our dry cleaning service. I talked to my business manager about your experience. He said that he is not aware of this problem. So in this case, I just wonder why you've not contacted our staff and shared this negative feedback with them. We always want to make our customers happy and help as much as we can.
However, it is not too late, you're welcome to visit the shop and we can offer you a free dry cleaning.
Please bear in mind that there is a certain stain that no any dry cleaning company in the UK/world can guaranty to remove it 100%. But we will do our best to help you.
