On MONDAY 11th July went through the…
On MONDAY 11th July went through the proses of obtaining a new mobile 62£ deducted from bank account balance.
Eventually told application did not clear via phone company so contacted affordable mobiles and was promised a update !!
on Wednesday 13th.
Now Sunday 17th no communications phone them told they do not recognise my option choice.
Phone them on a mobile not associated with me got connected to 3 options all saying service not available go on line go online they do not accept my post code or email details.
Go to register told already registered.
A response would be nice along with explanation and my cash back.
Just for the record the phone company has me as a new customer NO THANKS TO YOU
