Second chance balls poor value
Second chance balls poor value when carriage is added. Several pretty scruffy ones were included. In future I'll buy from golf clubs shops and will get better balls for the same price as AG charge

Our Second Chance golf balls are recycled lake balls, and as they are pre-owned, some cosmetic marks, scuffs and signs of previous use are to be expected. The balls are sold as a mixed-quality recycled product, and this is outlined in the product description to help set expectations before purchase.

I spent just under £2,000 with…
I spent just under £2,000 with Affordable Golf, expecting brand‑new equipment. What I actually received was a seconds Clicgear Model 4.5 trolley — complete with a letter from the previous buyer still inside the box. Lovely. Nothing says “brand new” quite like someone else’s name, address, and order number staring back at you.
I sent it back, waited, and they kindly responded by sending me… the exact same trolley again, just popped into a different cardboard box. A bold strategy. I returned it (again) and waited yet another week for the correct goods to finally arrive.
Their apology was a single sleeve of golf balls — three balls — which they then sent to the wrong house. At this point I started to wonder if I’d accidentally wronged someone at the company, because the whole experience made me feel like I was the inconvenience.
Affordable Golf clearly isn’t big on customer satisfaction, and their “gesture” of three golf balls after all that hassle really sums it up. If you’re spending serious money, maybe spend it somewhere that actually sends you what you paid for.

Firstly, we'd like to sincerely apologise that the trolley you received was not in the condition you rightly expected. Receiving what should have been a brand-new product containing documentation from a previous customer is completely unacceptable and falls well below the standards we aim to provide.
We are equally sorry that, after you returned the trolley, you were sent the same item again. We appreciate how frustrating and disappointing this must have been, particularly after making such a significant purchase. This should not have happened, and we understand the inconvenience and loss of confidence it caused.
We've now passed the details of your experience to our Returns Manager for a full investigation. They will be reviewing how this occurred, including the handling of the returned product, the replacement process, and why the same trolley was sent back to you.We're also sorry that the goodwill gesture we arranged was both insufficient and then the courier delivered to the wrong address I can see our customer service team arranged replacement's to be re shipped . We appreciate that, given everything you had experienced, this only added to your disappointment rather than helping to put things right.
We understand that this experience has left you feeling let down, particularly after placing your trust in us with such an important purchase. That is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we genuinely regret that we failed to meet your expectations on this occasion. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.
