Disappointed
I was extremely disappointed with affordable golf and the carrier they use , in good faith I bought an item and did not receive it in time for my holiday , yet affordable golf and the carrier had stated a date for delivery and between them they messed up and when I called I only got a money return offering (no attempt to re-deliver that day , poor customer service in my eyes). A very dissatisfied customer who will not use affordable golf or let the carrier ever deliver to my property again!! as the delivery driver made up false comments saying there was nobody at the property when there clearly was all day waiting for the delivery and to cap it all off I actually walked out of my property and looked at the driver who looked back at me and drove off??? Thanks for your review. We are genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as your order was intended for your holiday. We appreciate how frustrating it is when a parcel does not arrive as expected, particularly when you have planned around the estimated delivery date.
Having reviewed your order, I can see that the courier's tracking shows that delivery was attempted on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, the courier reported that there was no one available to receive the parcel at the time of each attempted delivery. As the delivery attempts were unsuccessful, the parcel was subsequently returned to our warehouse in line with the courier's delivery process. I can see that you spoke with our Customer Service team, who did their best to assist and explore a resolution. We understand that, given the circumstances and the missed opportunity to receive the item before your holiday, you chose to proceed with a refund rather than continue with the order. I can see your order has been refunded.
Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
