Excellent service as always never let you down. Faultless. 👍
Good product delivered on time - knocked off one star as driver didnt leave in safe place - not Affordable golfs issue!
All as described and delivered the next day, great.
Always a great experience, friendly and helpful staff.
Good prices and fast delivery.
Fast delivery of an excellent product, with great communication and updates.
Second chance balls poor value when carriage is added. Several pretty scruffy ones were included. In future I'll buy from golf clubs shops and will get better balls for the same price as AG charge
I spent just under £2,000 with Affordable Golf, expecting brand‑new equipment. What I actually received was a seconds Clicgear Model 4.5 trolley — complete with a letter from the previous buyer still inside the box. Lovely. Nothing says “brand new” quite like someone else’s name, address, and order number staring back at you.
I sent it back, waited, and they kindly responded by sending me… the exact same trolley again, just popped into a different cardboard box. A bold strategy. I returned it (again) and waited yet another week for the correct goods to finally arrive.
Their apology was a single sleeve of golf balls — three balls — which they then sent to the wrong house. At this point I started to wonder if I’d accidentally wronged someone at the company, because the whole experience made me feel like I was the inconvenience.
Affordable Golf clearly isn’t big on customer satisfaction, and their “gesture” of three golf balls after all that hassle really sums it up. If you’re spending serious money, maybe spend it somewhere that actually sends you what you paid for.
It did take a long time to get my Ping club but I was kept updated
Second bag for my wife stunning quality. Quick delivery.
Great products at even better prices. Really happy with the overall quality and experience
