Had a very good service, probably been around 3 years, whenever I’ve switched devices or renewed subscriptions i have raised ticket and never had any problems as they usually respond within 12 hours, think the longest I’ve waited to get resolved was 2 days, I will continue using this service whilst I feel I get value, I was pretty surprised reading the 1 star reviews to be honest. I have to speak as I find!!

The process was straightforward, and the staff responded quickly, resolving the issue in minutes. There wasn't much buffering, but when it did occur, it wasn't too bothersome. I can recommend this service and will use it again.

I paid for a years subscription with the Airfix club. I have tried to complain to head office about being ignored and messed about by customer services. After emailing a complaint, I was completely dismissed with no reply whatsoever. Considering they express on their TV programme how much they are about their customers; it’s just a scam to draw you in. The classic models are useless. You have to apply so many coats of paint and primer to get a good finish, it takes forever.
The new models also: the sprues are so thick & hard to get side cutters into the cutting area, that the delicate parts break and the larger parts, sometimes pit.
Building models is supposed to be a pleasant & relaxing experience but you end up frustrated & anxious - waiting for customer service replies and weeks for spare parts to arrive. Very disappointing to say the least!

I mainly have this for UK football but most times it buffers, been using this new service JabeeniTV which seems decent enough with HD channels and rarely buffers. You can try it for yourself just need to contact via snap chat @jabeenitv

Avoid. Stopped working 2 months after renewal. Buyer Beware!!! Ignore tickets / emails.

Service has died completely now (used to go off for periods). No response to tickets. Don't bother!

Scam, they don’t actually own the service… They just rent from someone else. They have zero control over the service, don’t seem to mark an invoice as being paid either so you’re out through an endless loop of lies. AVOID

Really terrible service. I have asked for my refund which I doubt will get it. I kept on repeating myself 50 times of the same issue and it never worked. Absolutely terrible service and it does seem like a scam. It is a waste of time and money. If anyone else have a better iptv suggestion please advise. Thank you.

Affix is a scam. It works initially but don't expect the link to work when you resubscribe and if you raise any queries, you'll get put into a trouble shooting loop that doesn't get you anywhere at the very best.

The commenters on this site who are giving 5-star ratings along with smug comments are no doubt "staff members".

If you happen to fall foul of these crooks, it would be best to raise a payment dispute with your bank to try and get your money back, but my best advice is to avoid them at all cost!

Have had service problems which were sorted initially, but recurring problems and the subsequent complaints via a ticket system ignored or removed without a solution, I’ve not had service for the last 3 months and subscription runs out in December ! Absolutely avoid at all costs , feel like I’ve thrown my money down the drain ? I hope someone from affix reads these negative comments but very much doubt they can be bothered . They’re just ripping loads of customers off big time !!!

Scam service - do not use!!

Paid for 1 year subscription upfront but getting no service - when querying, they ask for proof of payment, which was provided and they still won't sort out lack of service.

When the service was working, it was intermittent, cuts out, doesn't load...absolutely terrible. At the beginning, I would use their Client Area to get the matter resolved - there would be a number of occasions I would get no response and then the tickets would just disappear.

Use at your own risk.

If you like the idea of throwing your money out the window for laughs and tickly giggles, these are your guys .

Paid these thieves & received a portal link that doesnt work, they are rip off merchants & the 5 star reviews are fake. Avoid like the plague
