Consistency
Affinity have never missed a collection, and can be relied upon to provide the service we pay for. The only negative is that sometimes the food waste bin is not returned to it's correct place in the bin store meaning that other occupants of the premises are having to move it out of the way and this has caused a couple to grumble at me

Hi Lyn , we are glad you are still there … I’m pretty sure we have been chasing you for any sort of payment since last year … more than happy to remove them once payment is received for the services we carried out ! There has been no further charges added since last year it’s the old invoices that we are sending “reminders “ for !

Trudi's approach is very engaging and her commitment to customer service is second to none.
Affinity have helped AM Fresh as a food manufacture move over 500 ton of Orange Peel out of Food waste into a co product going to Animal feed. Reducing our food waste stream by 99.97% initially helping us far exceed the UK government directive of 50% reduction of food waste by 2030. Trudi's expertise and knowledge of positive solutions to deal with food waste are exceptional. Thanks again Affinity

Great service, setup was straight forward, no silly auto renewing contracts , bin always emptied on time. wish we had found them years ago could have saved a fortune.
