Worst Retailer Ever
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. It took 2 months to receive 1 pair. The 2nd pair never arrived. I have emailed customer service 10 times over the past 3 months and they continually tell me they are investigating it. It is ridiculous. The pair I did receive is poorly made and looks and feels cheap. If there was a zero rating I would give it.

Escalated to the company for a refund. All my email responses have been from different people telling me a claim has been opened and that it is high priority......it's been 3 months and that is the only response i get when i contact. Shocking service with no respect for the customer.

Spent the last 3 months chasing up the 2nd pair they said they had sent it gave me bogus tracking numbers SURPRISE surprise nothing turns up then all I get is the same response email that they are "doing the best they can to resolve this situation and I will get an update" bulls*it After reading these reviews I see Im not alone so Im going to complain to Paypal to see if I can get my $50 back that way

The two shirts I ordered and paid for were Men's XL. Then I waited. And I waited. Nothing! Affinity Find lied about providing tracking information about shipping. They would not cancel the order and return my money after I complained my shirts had never arrived. Delivery took 1½ months. When the shirts finally did arrive the shirts these scammers sent wouldn't fit my 10-year old niece....I had her put them on! It wasn't until I filed a complaint with PayPal and insisted on a U.S. address that wouldn't cost $30 to return did I get a refund. Lesson learned. STEER CLEAR OF AFFINITY FIND. It is a TOTAL SCAM!!
A joke of a company
I tried to give zero stars but it wouldn’t allow me. I spent over $100 on 3 pairs of joggers for my husband. It took over 3 weeks to be delivered, and when I got the shipment today there was only one pair of pants in the package, and they were absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t let my husband be caught dead in them. I’m not sure where the rest of the stuff is because my online status says my order has been delivered. This company is a joke. Save yourself the headache and don’t order from them.

Save your money. Cheaply made merchandise shipped from China. Ordered some shoes, and they're thin leather (I think), with no support, and didn't fit. Contacted them to send them back, and returns go to China. Costs more than I paid to return them. Guess they'll go yo GoodWill.......

Do not shop with Affinity Find
Ordered a pair of shoes on 22nd March. They arrived to the UK within a couple of weeks, which was good, but they were sent from China and were also the wrong size, which wasn’t good. I sent them back following all return instructions to USA at my own expense, but then heard nothing more. I have been sending e-mail after e-mail and just get a standard reply each time. Luckily I paid with PayPal so after 4 months of hearing nothing I have raised a dispute so should hopefully get my money back (although not for the return postage). Proper scam. Avoid at all costs.

We saw an add in Facebook for a set of black Onyx flatware on a Friday.
The next day after hearing from the Better Business Bureau horror stories in regards of Affinity we decided to cancel our order. On Saturday we send them an email that was acknowledge on Monday telling us that they understood and that an Associate will contact us to resolve the issue. Nobody contacted us and the next week we received an email informing us that the items had been shipped (from China. It was the first time that the origin of the product was disclosed. Again we received an email from affinity informing us of their understanding and that an Associate would contact us.
A month latter the product was presented by the Post Office and we refused delivery sending it back to the factory.
The website of affinity showed it delivered to our door.
A month later the website of China Post showed the package delivered back to the factory in China. And now after several email Affinity is no longer answering our email!
They are lying crooks! Save your money!!! The experience cost us $300.00!

I ordered several items ind November. I recieved all after several weeks. One pair of pants was the wrong size. So In Accordance with their return policy I paid postage sent back for exchange or return. Seven moths later, too many emails back and forth, and a complaint filed with the BBB that went unresponded to by them, I am still out $40. All I can do is pass the word like the rest on here these people suck.

Placed and paid for an order on March 23rd delivery never took place !!!! This is pure scam, sent dozen of mails but always same computerized message in return that you have to be patiënt .... bull bull bull ! Don't place an order with them, you will regret it and loose your money.

My experience with Affinity Find has been truly awful. I ordered three pair of pants. Two arrived. It’s been three months, and I still haven’t received the third pair. Their customer service responses always start out by saying they are “happy to help”, which represents nothing more than completely empty words. I’ve repeatedly stated my request for a refund to make up for the missing item. The fact is, the pants I did receive are ill-fitting, so it’s not as if I really want this missing item. However, I paid for them, they aren’t here, and I believe it’s reasonable to receive a refund. They continue to say I need to wait longer for the pants, which can then be returned or exchanged. It’s $50 to ship them back to China. I will never order from them again. Think twice before falling for what looks like a good deal...

Ordered 2 jackets. Received one jacket 5 weeks after I ordered it but the email indicated I had received both. The jacket I received was of good quality but sized too small when I went through the convoluted process off understanding the return policy it was apparent I would have to pay shipping costs to and from China, costing far more than I wanted to pay, and risking not receiving the jacket at all. So for $160 I have received a jacket I can’t wear and wasted time on communicating with a slick costumer service that assures me the other jacket will show up soon and they live to ensure my eternal joy and happiness and meet my needs ...while taking as much of my money they can get their hands on.

I'm sorry that I didn't review these reports before ordering from this company.
I ordered black pants. They sent grey. I asked about returning them, and they said they would not pay for shipping. They also sent me a link to the company FAQS. Section 11 of their own FAQS said that if they sent the wrong merchandise, they would send the right one at no cost to the buyer. Repeated attempts for them to do that did not work.
Fortunately, I paid through PayPal, and filed a dispute. PayPal eventually said they would refund the money if I sent the item back with proof of a tracking number to PayPal. I still had to pay for postage to do that, but at least it was sent to an address in Seattle, not somewhere in China.
