Terrible Service by Amazon – Paid for 2 Items, Received Only 1, No Resolution Offered
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Amazon. I had ordered 2 bottles of Kaminomoto Hair Serum, a premium and expensive product that I trust and use regularly. I paid for both bottles, but to my shock, only ONE was delivered.
Due to being abroad in Maldives during the delivery, I could not raise the issue immediately. But as soon as I returned and contacted Amazon support, they simply refused to help, stating they can’t take any action now. Seriously? This is completely unacceptable.
Just because I couldn’t contact immediately due to being overseas doesn’t mean I should be cheated out of my money. There is a clear mismatch between what was ordered and what was delivered — and Amazon expects customers to suffer for their mistakes.
This is a basic responsibility failure from Amazon’s end — how hard is it to check if the order was fulfilled properly? It’s not about the money alone — it’s about trust. And Amazon clearly doesn’t care about it anymore.
I demand either a refund for the missing item or a fresh delivery of 1 bottle of Kaminomoto Hair Serum at the earliest.
Very poor service. I expected much better from Amazon. Extremely disappointed.
